My favorite place to go for Churros. I usually order the plain Churros as just want the taste of the dough with the sugar cinnamon. However, we had a large party and some wanted to try the flavored Churros. They are always made fresh to order and come out hot & crispy.I still prefer the plain Churros, but did taste the flavored ones. They were good, especially if you want a sweeter dessert. Since it was still a Churro underneath it all, you can't go wrong.

Small portion for $11.99 at location by El Bracero.. waited over 20 minutes. It looked nothing like what they advertised on the photo. Very small portion of a cut up churro with the caramel and cream. Maybe 4 or 5 oz. Too much $$$$ for what we ordered, the grande size... at least serve what is shown in your photos, please.? Will not be back.

We found a winner of a meal for Dad @elbucanerosanantoniotx and churros with @lamejicobakery after. Dad loves oysters so we had a dozen for a value deal of $15! We got a medium plate of ceviche en salsa de mango which was plenty for 3 of us. My Dad had the pina agua fresca, my husband had the Blueberry mojito and I had the Bahama Mama. They do not skimp on the alcohol! Dad and I shared the fish and fries, which was very fresh. My husband had the tacos de pescado and shrimp empanada. Lots of tasty treats and extra food to take home. Conveniently in the parking lot is @lamejicobakery. Dad couldn't pass up churros so we bought 6 of them and had the chocolate, strawberry and cajeta sauces! Yum! We'll sure be back again!

The la Méjico bakery at the bucanero is awful, they leave for lunch and don’t comeback the time they’d said they will be back. I had to wait over an hour to get to order and they never showed up, I was very disappointed. I guess they don’t want to sell anything.

Worth the stop for the Tres Leches cake, both the vanilla and chocolate are outstanding. Friendly staff.

This place is so perfect! I had no idea this place existed in my neighborhood and I feel so lucky! We come here at least once a week but I wish I could come every day lol. The hours are 5p-9p I think.
