Wow I’ve never had pan (bread) taste so good! The concha’s were amazing, the coffee was superb! Only downside is the ladies taking the bread orders were kind of rude but I can understand being so busy how they just want to keep the line moving, the guys at the end taking the coffee orders were friendly and helpful! Definitely worth the stop!

Guess it could've been better if we sat down and ordered as it was our 1st visit. We ordered pastry covered sausage and a hame and cheese croissant type things. The ladies waiting on me were speaking Spanish and laughing. Unfortunately for them,I know Spanish. Completely rude comments. Both items were barely warm and extremely dry. Maybe good for a sit down or pastries. The chai latte had no foam and took a while to be served that separately as we stood in a line for 15-20 mins.

The Cafe itself has a great vibe. Positive happy vibe. I used to promote the quality of the products. But to my disappointment, the quality is starting to suffer. Bear claw filling was so thin, it was nothing more than a dry piece of bread with sugar. Wheres the filling guys?? Its the reason im wolling to pay double the price. The concha used to have a distinct separation in flavor depending on the color you chose. Now, vanilla, chocolate pretty much taste like sugar. Nothing distinctive. Don't become another company that compromises quality over quantity.

It's an order then seat yourself type of place, which I like. Staff was courteous and helpful explaining things when I told them it was my first time there. Very nice place.

Food was fantastic. Had the Ranchero Eggs Benedict w/ Chicken Milanesa, which actually tasted like a Milanesa, not just breaded/fried chicken. A welcome spin on a classic.

That being said, I was most impressed with the pan dulce, which tasted distinctly authentic. You can't go wrong with the conchas, though next time I'll be sure to branch out a little.

All in all an excellent first experience. I walked out satisfied on all fronts.

First time here. Had the grilled chicken on croissant and a cheese cake. It was all so delicious! The service was exceptional. Will definitely return.
