I was greatly disappointed to find that La Playa Restaurant has been taken over by Las almemdras restaurant. To add insult to injury, they've started charging a service fee without any heads-up. This was a completely unexpected and unwelcome surprise."

Popusas were raw, no flavor whatsoever on any of the food, saw cashier reach her hand in her pants and still smelled her hand afterwards, without washing her hands. Overall too pricey for the quality and taste of food. Don't recommend
The shrimp cocktail alone was almost 20$ and that’s over priced in my eyes. The food is good and the service is ok but like I said it is overpriced.

Be careful. They will sell you oysters and crush them into large oysters that look like pancakes. Unacceptable. all breaded .the oysters in the interior were very few. I avoided complaining and my dad spoke. They replaced theirs with much better ones. First of all, they shouldn't all be flat. I should have complained too. If your oyster comes out like flat pancakes, return it and don't be fooled or scammed. unacceptable.
