I ordered 2 fried fish & shrimp plates and a filete a la Mexicana through Grubhub. One of the fried fish plates was missing. I called the restaurant and was transferred to a manager. She immediately apologized and said the plate would be delivered. Within 30 minutes, one of her employees had the plate at my door. I received a call from La Playa to verify it's delivery. I'm sorry I didn't get names. The food was fantastic and that was the best customer service...

Great fish & pupusas! I come from the northeast side of town just to get this! They have other options which I have t had the chance yet. I always take it to go though, but the restaurant looks clean and presentable.
