My experience here was extremely disappointing. I had to ring the service bell twice—after the first ring, no one came, and even after the second ring, I still waited a long time. There was complete silence from the back until a lady suddenly appeared.
As I started to give my order, she seemed unable to hear or understand me, likely because of the loud fans running in the lobby. She turned them off so I could repeat myself, but her expression the entire time looked irritated, as if she didn’t want to be there. Between each item I mentioned, she responded with a sarcastic, high-pitched “mhm,” which made the interaction even more uncomfortable. I ended up cutting my order short, paid, and left—only to get to my car and realize I hadn’t even received what I ordered.
This was especially frustrating because I live far from any Mexican bakery, and this is the closest one to me. My spouse and I agreed it was the worst service we’ve ever had.

Ok I wanted to refrain from writing a review but I have no choice…you come to this bakery they have no price on their items. I bought 10 pieces of sweet bread which I was told it was $17 then 10 small cookies some were 3/$1 and was given a total of $26 which was a theft. I asked the attendant how did she know it was $26. I made her go over all items and she brought it down to $22 which was still a theft. I am reporting this business to the Better Business Bureau. This is not right! I do not mind paying for a product or service I buy but do not appreciate being taken advantage of. They need to post their prices and stop being greedy.

I ordered the exact same thing at the Marbach location as I did at the Culebra location. At the Marbach location, I was charged $10.50. I went to the Culebra location a week later and ordered the exact same thing and was charged $6.50. I will not be returning to the Marbach location and will warn others not to go there.

The times I have gone I never find chocolate donuts or sugar donuts, it raises a lot of doubt in my mind that the prices are not shown on the counter or in the note! How will or do we know the price of each piece?

5 small pieces of bread , I got charged $10 dollars, a few weeks back it was 5 dollars...... Their prices have doubled or I got double charged.... never going back, buyer beware....
It's a good place if you're craving a piece of sweet bread, the bread is good.

Husband back from the bakery stating he was going back ever again. Usually we buy $20 or more worth of pastries. Big Question: What's going with your pastries now? Your donuts have gone smaller and you empanadas also. It's not worth the money. Been going her for over 10 years loyal customers. Never thought this bakery will stoop so low like other big companies has. Shrinkflation buy less for more money. You will lose customers like that. Your no better than the people of the big corporations that are ripping their customers off. Bye!
