Doughnuts are very good and cheaper than the place on south Flores you know the one nextdoor to the Cleaners.

Yellow concha was so soft with a little crisp edge. The top was actually sweet, which made it way better. We tasted other pan dulces and they were all fresh and good however the conchas were our favorite. Honestly, probably the freshest I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot.

The best tasting and freshest sweet bread in south San Antonio hands down. The maranitos and chonchas are the best.

Today was my last day in SATX, and I am SO glad that I stopped by here and met the wonderful lady who served me. She was so kind and gave me extra cookies to try for free and she went through so many of what the different pastries were since I said I wasn’t too familiar with them and didn’t know what to get. I hope I get to come back to this bakery when I visit San Antonio again!

Very disappointed! Have been buying here for many years while growing up on south side. While I now live in Alamo Ranch area I occasionally stop by, but yesterday put the last nail in the coffin, conchas were super hard. H-E-B much fresher n larger same price $1.29. So much for supporting small businesses.

My wife wanted donuts from a mom and pop business, big mistake!! First, elder woman who took my order was rude and then she charged me $3 extra dollars to use my card! I got upset and said that’s not right, at least give me some cookies or something. I usually tip small businesses but never again will I come here! On top of everything she told me “ never come back” we don’t want people like you! I’m a gay woman 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍🌈 exactly what she was referring to im not sure! But don’t come to place if you wish to be disrespected

I happened to be in the area and was craving some Mexican bread. Jockinling, I found this place. OMG, I don't know what it was I got. But, I couldn't help but stuff myself with the whole thing. It was so soft and delicious. Now I know when I'm in the area again, I know where to go. 🫠😊
