Taqueria La Tapatia

The food was delicious. I always love the atmosphere. I love the dim lighting. However our waitress was not very attentive. I still tipped her although she did not deserve it. She stood behind the counter gossiping with the other staff. I also had to remind her twice for a box to go. She did not refill our drinks and she was mad at the tip I left behind. She may need a different profession.

I went thru the drive thru. My daughter wanted a taco after I ordered. So I went up to the window asked if I could order a beef taco to add to the order. The girl was short with me & said no to go back around & checked me out & closed the window....???? Bad customer service since I always eat there since we live up the st. Food good though. I guess she was havn a bad day. ?

This is the BEST restaurant around. When you get a chance, stop and try it for yourself. There are many times the place is so packed the cars are circled around the building waiting to order. I've never been disappointed with the food, the service or staff. Top notch place!

We were in the Campground across the street. So we came here quite a few times. The food was not bad most of the time. But this ONE day, the food tasted rancid and old. I guess they were having a bad day. When I brought it to the server's and managers attention all they said was: "Oh." I mean they asked me if everything was alright, and I answered them. You'd think they'd offer a discount or not charge for a plate or offer a coupon. But no, all they said was "Oh," not even a Sorry. Will we be back? IF we visit the campground again, I'm sure we will, but if this happens again, my Review will be much harsher.

This place refuses to service to disabled VETERANS with service dog. Tried to explain and leadership just walked away. This happened on 6 October @ 11. Let us

They will charge you for anything they possibly can. Even if you pick up your order. If you dine in, they charge you to go boxes if you do not finish all your food and wish to take leftovers home. The front desk absolutely expects a tip and will get angry if you do not leave one.
