Ordered burritos for lunch, the woman at the window was confused on what goes on a burrito. Lettuce, cream, tomates ect... had to go over it a few times. Also on the expensive side $10 for a normal picadillo. Also the sour cream tasted like it was ready to expire... I unfortunately won't be a return customer.

I love when it works out to come by for a taco and aqua fresca. It's like a little visit to Grandma's kitchen. Love the beautiful statue of Jesus in the back room.

Came in today for some tacos, and they are amazing. Very fresh ingredients, you can tell they use real eggs and not the egg mixture and the tortillas are perfect. Their soup is also really good. The staff is very friendly and welcoming and I highly recommend them.

Having lived in the area for a while, we needed a taco place. We tried them all up and down Bandera. For the closeness, quality, customer service, and price, La Tia Bertha's can't be beat. We love this place.

Excellent, wonderful, well-prepared and quickly served, by Jorge and Bertha (and friendly staff). This is the place for which you’ve been looking. Highly recommended!Kid-friendliness: Jorge was greeted by patrons kids, who called him, “Papa.” Those kids left with a small bag of peppermint candies. I asked, “¿También recibo una bolsa de dulces?” ?

Super slow service. Waited almost 10 mins behind one car. Then when I pulled up they closed the window and I wanted another 5 mins and decided to leave and go somewhere else. Tried once before and service was slow that time too and food was just ok. Won’t be

The window attendant didn't seem to want to help take our order. Made me feel like I was being a nuisance.
