The food has flavor and satisfies an empty tummy. We had the Birria tacos, hamburger, loaded fries, Asada tacos and quesadillas and a side of their beans.. it was family/kid approved and so delicious. It's a busy place, I can see why. There was a small wait, but it's definitely worth it!!

The torta de carne al pastor was a delicious second choice since they sold out of everything else including the taquitos which is my first choice still yet to try.*Update: the asada taquitos are delicious! They relocated to the Monarch Dental parking lot on Military Drive. They also have a half sized kitchen called "Lamonchera" at the same location. Hands down the best tacos in San Antonio. Located in the Southside of San Antonio we make about a 30min drive every Friday to get our fix. Next door to them is La Monchera with hot dogs, hamburgers & birria tacos. Anything you order you will not be disappointed. Great food outstanding customer service & amazing prices what more can you ask for.
