We had been to landrace in previous years for Mother's Day brunch and it was amazing. This year however for 114 per person the brunch was subpar. The breakfast offerings were you basic continental breakfast scrambled eggs that weren't all too fresh and they may have been but they had the texture of powdered eggs, wobbly bacon, French toast was good but nothing to write home about biscuits and gravy that sadden the south. The hot dishes were slightly better. The freshly heated spinach ravioli was pretty tasty, smoked salmon was alright didn't have much flavor and the duck was dry. The cold seafood options of large prawns were actually the best part of the entire buffet but not worth the price. Service was so so waters were refilled but the servers were having quite the personal conversation about money and tips that it made me a bit uncomfortable. Overall we decided next year we would try elsewhere for Mother's Day.

Way way overpriced. I went there for Mother's Day brunch. $95 per person comes with a certain expectation. Service was below average, with the main problem being slow and inattentive. The brunch buffet selection was not very extensive, and the cooked to order pasta station provided cold pasta. Finally, if you valet park at this overpriced establishment, you get to pay another $30 plus tip. I've dined at many expensive restaurants here and across the country and really don't mind paying for great food and great service. This place is laughable and has a lot to learn. I learned after my 2nd visit to never return.

The evening started off good with 5 of us and then we ordered our dinner and waited an hour as there was a larger table in front of us though I question if we ordered first. The same server was attending both tables and management should have assigned another person. There were long periods that the server would even check on us. We were compensated a desert as they recognized the long wait. Food was not very tasty except for the Brussel sprouts. We had high expectations for this restaurant and left disappointed.

There was limited menu options compared to online. If I had seen the real menu I would not have booked the reservation. Also the service was not good, we had finished our meals and we were waiting at least 20 minutes for our server came so we could ask for the check, we were also out of water for the same amount of time too!

It was dead when we came in at an 8 pm reservation slot. The steak and tuna was perfect, but Mac and cheese brisket...the sauce was good but the meat tasted like stew meat and had a stroganoff consistency. The Brussels sprouts had good flavor but too heavily dressed with sauce. Flavors were there, but execution lacked.

I went to Landrace for my 1 year anniversary with my wife. They really made the experience special. From having flowers on our table, to a great view overlooking the riverwalk, to complementary prosecco to start...they really made me and my wife feel seen. Further, the food was fantastic and we did the happy food dance after virtually every bite. Thank y'all for an amazing time. Would definitely recommend.

Our bartender/server, Diego, was incredible!!! He made it worth it. Had some issues with the cook on my steak (med rare request, came out med well, then med). Flavors were great though. Midnight Express drink was great as was the Pecan Old Fashioned. Chocolate sheet cake dessert will bring you back. Great pre-show dining option if you are going to the Tobin!

I never leave reviews good or bad because I realize the impact this can have on a restaurant (and possibly just an off night) but the experience at Landrace was so poor that I feel obliged to let others know not to waste their money. We were excited to eat here so ordered three appetizers lamb tacos (fatty but seasoned ok), duck wings...rubber duck, awful. Tuna sashimi we all took a piece and not another bite smelled bad. Waiter left three plates of uneaten apps and didn't have the sense to ask if the food was satisfactory. As a result we all took the safe bet and went with the filet. Not a good cut of meat, full stop. Prepared correctly but didn't even finish it. Broccolini and Brussels sprout sides were good. Ordered second bottle of wine which was corked....does this happen, of course, personally I have only had one other bottle of corked wine and that was 20+ years ago. Suffice to say this wasn't just an “off night” you would do well to steer clear of this establishment.

I have been here before and the food and service has always been great. This time I came before a show at the Tobin center. It was around 5:30 PM and it wasn't too busy. We started with the chickpea and mushroom meatballs. I will have to say they had great flavor, but they were cold. Don't know if they were meant to be cold because some of them tasted slightly warm on the outside. I may be overreacting regarding the meatballs, but if they were going to microwave them, they should have left them in their long enough. For my meal, I ordered the Alaskan king salmon Cobb salad. It was a good portion. The smoke tomato dressing was just a little too overpowering for me, but overall the salad was great. The blue cheese complemented the dish and the salmon portion was a good size. My friend got the burger and fries. The burger was good. He added bacon. Service was good. You can make reservations online. Parking is available in their parking garage or street parking

We were seated promptly in the private dining area upon request. We had a large party and didn't want to disturb the other customers with loud conversations. The staff was amazing and accommodating.

The food was exceptional, and the service impeccable. My wife has a soy allergy and the staff was very accommodating. We were informed of dishes that had soy, and the chef modified the preparation on other dishes to eliminate soy. The Filet Mignon has a delightful smokey flavor, and it was exceptionally tender. The sides were prepared to perfection ... you must try the Homm Pommes. The presentation of the bread pudding dessert was a fiery showpiece. We will definitely return.

Entire front part of restaurant was booked out for a party of 70 so very loud. Our waiter was attentive but they were out of the wine we wanted and the food was subpar compared to our expectations from a previous James Beard award winner.

I believe the brunch is overpriced. 3 adults 3 dri nks, $420! We had to walk thru the seated tables to get to and from the buffet, which was awkward at times. Waited some time before water was served (something about section mix-up) and for the final bill. It's great to experience once, I guess...

What an awful Easter brunch. Restaurant was dirty (we found hair in our pasta) and our food was cold. The meat at the carving station was cold and dry (and we're not sure it was actually ham, it tasted more like turkey?) Waitstaff was unfriendly and nonexistent. We waited 30 mins at the pasta station and we were the only ones in line. Can't believe we paid more than $100 a person and we will need to eat again in a couple hours. Wish I could have given it zero stars. So disappointing.

Came in for Easter Brunch and we were so disappointed. The food was not great and they did not have a good array of options for the $89.99 pp cost. The dinner rolls and pastries were stale. There was a very limited amount of fruit. I left like I was at Hometown buffet without all the options but similar quality of food (not good). The service was not good either, we had to flag our waiter several times and we were tagged with a 20% mandatory service fee for a party of 5. I would NEVER come back here to eat. Buffet options included: runny eggs, green beans, potatoes, french toast, fruit, and salad. Omelette and craving station.
