Whoever owns this location needs to hire better staff. I’ve been here multiple times w my wife who is from Mission and loves LTC. Our experiences have always been horrible at this location. After today’s experience, we definitely will never be back. The lady at the counter told us immediate that we would need to wait 20 minutes bc she had a door dash order. Mind you there was no one else in the entire gas station. Just us. The guisados looked crusty and gross. We thought if we got there early this time 8:30-9 we would have better luck. As the last time we went they had no food and it was 10:30. The employee seemed upset and was frankly rude. I don’t know how you can’t serve us 4 tacos prior to doing a door dash order. It is rather clear your employees do not care.

I ordered a barbacoa plate through favor and got a plate with a tiny amount of barbacoa that was dried out and some dried out tortillas. You can see the cracks tortilla in the picture. I never understood how businesses could allow themselves to have such awful quality and then wonder why they go under. This place obviously takes no pride in their product or they wouldn't allow this garbage quality to go out of their kitchen.

Slow service. Talking and not doing anything. Food was cold. Overcharged me. Just corrupt and lazy. Also waiting for the worker to get to the front and charge is because she kept walking to talk to her friend instead of actually working so we had to wait for her just to charge us. I almost just walked out. Never coming back.

I did not get to experience the food because the girl working had this extreme attitude and no acknowledgement, taking her sweet time in the back. Then when she finally came up she said “ahmm” and I was trying to ask questions she gave me such an inconvenient look. I asked her “are you okay” she said “ahmm” and then i told her “i don’t want it anymore” because I do not get served by people like that as I do not know what they would do to my food. I told her “you need to be nicer” she said “no i don’t” and walked away. She had no name tag and she was the one working on Saturday 8/24/24 at 9:30 Am. I spoke to the manager, the manager said im sorry so if anyone cares, please address it.

DO NOT GO TO THE ONE IN INVERNESS FL! Went in this morning and the girl behind the counter with colored hair just looked at me without acknowledging me. When I asked for 6 tacos she rolled her eyes and said “aww man really?” I asked why, thinking she didn’t have the ingredients or something like that, but she had the audacity to simply say, “because I don’t feel like it! I really don’t want to if I don’t have to!” I was shocked and just walked out. That is unacceptable and the store managers and corporate needs to know that is how their employees work and how they speak to customers. Will never return again and will never recommend this place to anyone.

Had the sweetest lady cooking today made asado de puerco both red and green and lemme tell you it was ? gave me a sample and it was tender not greasy and the best kick. Can’t wait to hit them up for breakfast, worth the drive for me.

I placed an order this morning to be delivered via door dash at 430 pm.... the people at the restaurant made the order immediately and told the dasher they could not remake it when she arrived to pick up my food.
The Manager was very rude, inconsiderate and not helpful at all. It was not my fault the people at the restaurant made the order when it was placed and didn't read the fact it was supposed to be delivered in the afternoon.

I've ordered here through Doordash three times so far, and the food is always delicious. Just had some pork and chicken tamales today, and they are yummy too. Smaller than I expected, but i appreciate less calories. Great prices and great delivery. Plan on stopping in at Speedway soon.
