At the corner of Hwy 181 and SE 1604 in Floresville TX sits a little shack looking like something out of Texas Chainsaw Massacre, that boasts having The Best Barbacoa in The World. We pass it twice a day and have often laughed about it. Shame on me for violating my own premise that the best food comes from the most unassuming dive joints.
