Las Cazuelas Restaurant is a popular spot for breakfast tacos, now offering a convenient drive-thru option. The service is known for being fast and excellent, with friendly staff and a clean, pleasant ambiance. While some dishes, like the calabasa cón pollo and tortilla soup, have received mixed reviews, many customers have enjoyed the flavorful chicken fajita nachos, made with tender white meat chicken, fresh corn tortilla chips, melted cheddar cheese, refried beans, sour cream, and jalapeños. The restaurant can be busy, and early arrival is recommended for lunch due to limited parking. Despite the varied feedback on the food, the manager and staff, including an exceptional waitress, are praised for their friendliness and good customer service. The menudo, in particular, has been highlighted as a standout dish, with customers expressing a desire to return. Overall, Las Cazuelas Restaurant continues to show promise, and many diners have had an enjoyable experience, especially with the authentic, homemade-tasting tortillas and the casera-style menudo.
