Las Cazuelas has always been my to go to restaurant but lately the food is unacceptable (either overcooked or undercooked and salty) the waiters and waitresses are amazing, friendly and always making sure things are to our liking. Today was even worse because we waited 41 minutes for our food and I don’t understand why when the restaurant was about empty, not once did we get an apology for the wait, my daughter waited at least an hour before she got her straw we were never asked...
I love this place. They have this one plate tortilla soup with a flauta.. *chefs kiss* the meat is full of flavor and it even comes with gauc sour cream and rice. If they ever get rid of this plate I will cry.
I was served a cracked cup that eventually leaked tea onto the table.
The portion sizes were good, but the rice and beans lacked flavor. The service was good. The star of the show was the puffy tacos, which held together nicely.
