Las Mangonadas Ice cream shop

Terrible service, they look like their lives are unfortunate, I asked for a medium cone and he wanted to give me the large one when I told him I didn't want that one he told me the other one doesn't fit two so I said ok give me the one that only has one and I He said is it the same price? What does the price have to do with what I want? Isn't that what they are for? To attend? I will definitely never return!

Bad service. They don’t even pay attention to the order you tell them. I just ordered some Papas Locas from there and ask for no cueritos. When heading to the Drive Thru for my order I checked and they had cueritos. Ask nicely that I didn’t wanted any and she said “ Oh I thought you said a little bit”. She just went to take the top cueritos off from it and gave it back, I was shocked. Why would I not get new ones if clearly It wasn’t my mistake. What if I was allergic to them? Got home and I saw the other cueritos at the bottom I threw the Papas Locas away, I honestly don’t like cueritos or the liquid (juice) that comes out of it, and it’s sad that my money just went to the trash, just because they don’t pay attention. I also order a Rusa and she also misheard me for a cup of fruit. She looked at me as if I was the one wrong. Didn’t even get a sorry!! Like why would I want you to take my order wrong, and make me waste time? Like come on!! It’s not the first time this happens, and I tried to give them another chance but sadly they don’t improve in their service.

This places a hidden 💎. It's place I like to take my daughter to spend time with her and to bond over some good old fashioned ice cream and mangonadas. The staff is extremely friendly.

Ice cream is made fresh here and all the flavors are delicious. My favorite are the sorbets though, especially the melon and guava. Their elote en vaso is made with fresh corn. The corn tastes like the corn from Mexico…not the sweet American yellow corn. Love this place!!

My husband took me here a few days ago as a treat. I love ice-cream and was NOT disappointed! I got the banana split. I got to choose which 3 scoops of ice cream I wanted, which was awesome! My Julio ordered a strawberries con crema with granola on top, which looked really good! Since this place is literally only a few blocks away from where we live, we definitely will be going back!

Horrible Funnel cakes. Customer service was also poor. Seemed to be bothered that we ordered funnel cakes.
