I got the LP Beef Fajita Bowl. Not too expensive paid average. Food quality was awesome, tasted fresh even at 10pm. Quantity good for price. Fajitas were soft and well seasoned not overpowering tasted like actual fajita and not just spices. The rice and beans were flavorful as well and not too salty either. Avocado definitely fresh. Presentation nice. Drive thru service was helpful and friendly. Didn’t take longer than 8 min from ordering to picking up at the window being that there were about 5 cars in front of me. Plenty of space to wait, well organized.

This location is always a bit crowded and I can understand why. Their food tastes a bit better than other locations. My son who is only 9, prefers this location's bean and cheese taco over other, more convenient, locations. Even he can taste the difference! Getting a table can sometimes take a bit and the servers tend to be just a little overwhelmed, but we've decided that it's definitely worth the trade to enjoy the food that's served up at this location.

I always go here for the breakfast tacos. A lot better than other las palapas for some reason. And the green sauce is actually spicy here unlike other locations that taste like water.

Great place. Unfortunate that the founder died the day we visited.

Have eaten here for 20 years. It was safe for my peanut allergic child. Now they’ve added mole which introduces peanuts to the kitchen, while adding little value to the menu. Not sure many folks looking for mole are going to las palapas anywhere. They’ll lose business over it.

Food is inedible, bacon undercooked and everything has random pieces of onion and potato in it. I would really like to know why they refuse to include SYRUP with PANCAKES!!!!!! You want me to use salsa instead??? Gross, never coming here again

Not very friendly nor talkative. But at least they were fast.

I really enjoy going to this location - the food is great and whoever works the drive-thru window is always happy to speak to you.

I come to this location often on Sundays when I pass between Boerne and SA - normally the drive though.
I’ve experienced a range of quality depending on how busy they are - I sometimes feel they rush and don’t have melted cheese, have a small amount of filling or they have forgotten to add bacon for example. A couple of time I’ve ordered bean and cheese and bacon and there was no bacon when I came home. That bothers me because things are already expensive as they are, but don’t leave out something I pay for. The last time this happened in October 2024 I wrote a message on the comments site shown on the receipt. I wanted them to be aware this is the second time this has happened with my daughter’s and my tacos.
I got a call back from Robert the manager the next day and he was apologetic and sincere and offered me 2 free bean and cheese and bacon tacos and a drink next time I came. He left me his cell number to text the next time I came by. About a month later I came back and decided to test it. I texted when I got to the drive though and he remembered me and said my tacos were being prepared and that he personally checked to ensure the bacon wouldn’t be forgotten.
He actually gave me the whole order of 4 bean/cheese/bacon tacos for free and I simply had to drive up and accept it.
I always try to allow the manager to make things right before I complain in public and that’s what he did so kudos to Robert for remembering and keeping his word on a very busy Sunday afternoon.
The tacos had their bacon and plenty of beans and melted cheese.

Just about my favorite Mexican restaurant! Food is consistently great, service is usually pretty good. They've had the same cooks for about 16 years, or so I've been told. Hence the consistency.
