The server Jeysson could use some retraining. I had to ask multiple times for things and then he never asked if we wanted drinks to go. He handed me an empty to go cup ( I only had half of a cup left) he never offered a fresh to go cup of soda so I had to go up front and ask to be topped off. He looked at me kind of strange when I asked for more salsa to go for the chips. Just too much asking for my liking, especially if I am expected to leave a tip (which I did anyway, despite the less than mediocre service.) He is nice, but lacks certain attention to detail resulting in many trips to the front desk and the customer repeating themselves. Will not be returning.

Just ordered some Tacos in the Drive Thru and one of the Tacos was Fead Cold, tried to call and they have the phone going straight to hold no dial tone and they will not answer. Very unsatisfactory.

Beef fajitas were tough and too chewy, lots of fatty parts and tendons. Couldn't even eat it. The guacamole isn't made fresh. Looks and tastes like the prepackaged crap they sell at HEB. Las Palapas has really gone downhill lately.

If I could give negative stats for service I would. I frequent the drive thru at this las s, but my visit 2 nights ago had me not wanting to go back at all. I will prob go to the taqueria next door from now on!
I decided to get off my car and eat inside with my 2 small children, due to their drive thru being crazy…apparently yesterday 1/13 they had 45 cent bean and cheese tacos!
So service was very very slow. The waiter looked like he absolutely hated his job. I went up to Pat and my partner who had arrived mid meal was just getting his plates, and asked for some avocado salsa. So they charged us $3+ for some. Well it gets to the table brown on top! Just…no. The waiter was then argumentative with me about the charge…claiming he told me about it…which he had. I was simply stating I didn’t think some brown avocado sauce that was a measly 2oz was worth $3. He refunded me my money, with the worst attitude. I stayed as calm as I could. Not going back to this one!

I ordered beef nachos. It was supposed to come with sour cream, guac, lettuce and tomatoes. It didn't come with any of that. Also I ordered sweet tea and they gave me unsweet.
