The window cashier was more concerned on info for $2 discount on enchilada plate. Beans were extra dry & lacked taste. Tortillas were soggy. Big red lacked flavor syrup. Manager came to window to make things worse.... she was absolutely no help on discount or service. Green avocado sauce is extra cost???
Paid $14.38 for a bad experience and an upsetting moment!

Food was horrible as you can see in pictures portions were small and not to mention I never got my tortillas with my plate, my person got a platter and they didn't have everything that came with platter and instead of coming and informing us and give us like another option like any good server would do they just brought her plate minus her food, not to mention she didn't bring the food we requested in sub for what was missing until we were about to leave. Our server stopped coming around and we had to literally get refill when we were about to pay at register. All in all food was horrible, service was horrible and was not satisfied at all considering the location you'd think this palapas would be on top of things but guess I was wrong.
On this night I do not recommend maybe another time palapas.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this establishment. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that there was an overwhelming lack of space, making it uncomfortable to even find a place to sit. To add to my dissatisfaction, the tea I ordered was unpalatably sour, far from the refreshing beverage I had anticipated. The customer service was equally poor; I felt ignored and unvalued throughout my visit. Overall, it was a dreadful experience, and I have no intention of returning.

No longer open every day 24 hours. Hours have changed Mon-Wed closes at 10pm Thurs-Sat open 24 hours. Closed on Sun for now, to be determined later. Supposedly under new management

Excellent fast food authentic Mexican food. Great selection of homemade salsas.. Quest with Picadillo is excellent!

Just because of no longer being open late.

Avoid this location’s drive thru. They have giant pot holes that will damage your vehicle, and since the drive thru is on a curve, you do not see them until it’s too late. There is no signage warning you of the potholes and manager Alvin declined the idea of putting up signs when I spoke to him. The contact form on their website does not work and management onsite is apathetic - no one will reach back out to you.

I have been getting the best fast Mexican food at this location since the 90s ( yes, for you young people, 1990s). Nothing beats their burritos after a long day of work or a fun night of party.

Food was good. Service is just not always the best at this location. I’ve have manager slam a drive thru window once because he was frustrated and tonight was just another weird incident. First they had issues with the rewards system. Second I was told that if I ordered on the app I could have cilantro and onions on the side however since I ordered drive thru I had to have everything pre added to my taco. Then the guacamole sauce they add looked nothing like the amount they advertise on the app. It was barely even visible. False advertising at its finest. I thought they forgot to add it to be honest. At almost 5.00 a taco, you’d think that they’d at least be generous with what it comes with. Would have given 5 stars for food but gave 4 due to the sauce or lack there of. The meat in the taco was good, and I enjoyed the taco once i adjusted it to my liking.
