Bad service had to be put to the side wouldn't give me any type of credit or even anything comped anything well maybe I'll put them to the side next time also had to make the person behind me wait aswell

The music was extremely loud. Our waiter had to try to talk over the music. It took two requests before it was lowered. In all fairness the wait staff looked embarrassed about the loudness of the music. The food has always been great. I hope this was a one off

Fave lunch special is the Al carbon salad w/ jalapeño ranch dressing. Hubby likes the chicken ranch and breakfast tacos. Make sure to become a member to earn points and get free appetizers. A go-to for eating in or taking home.

THIS IS WHAT HAPPENED
HARDLY RECOMMEND NOT TO GO TO 410 & EVERS LOCATION
Only 2 tables taken mine is one them . Waitresses and waiters talking for aprox 8 minutes before came ask me what do I want placed my order they took care me right away then again they keep talking had to get of my chair 7 minutes after they brought my food to have someone bring me a knife food got cold at that point I didn't anything till I needed some salsa but guess what ( apparently they were having a good conversation to the point they were not paying any attention to customers .
Si I got up of my went to ask for salsa and the waiter went to complain with manager and he kick me out of the restaurant I didn't said a word walked out and the rest is history

The best Las Palapas in Town! When driving to or from work I will pass by this one skipping 3 others, they are faster and their food tastes better than all other Las Palapas in town.
