Las Palapas - 410 & Evers

I really like this location. Rafael, if I remember correctly, was very attentive! Drinks and chips/salsa came quickly! Our order was correct and the mole was nice and spicy. We had trouble with the app change and couldn't get our points renewed but that's alright. He added the purchase to increase our points and we will will redeem them in the future. I like this restaurant on the hill. The interior layout is very open and inviting!

Wow this place is different than what my last experience was years ago. I used to avoid this place. We went a few days ago out of necessity. The green enchiladas I ordered were very good. The Charro beans, rice and the salsa that is served with the chips were not just an after thought...they were very tasty. The pricing was excellent. Recommend this place.

Twice in a row I go to to order a picadillo with cheese taco. No lettuce, no tomato. Cheese only.
No matter how I try to explain it in plain English, they screw it up both times and just put meat in a taco and serve it. No cheese, just ground meat in a taco.
Sure, maybe the first time it's understandable. Maybe they just didn't hear me correctly. perhaps it's because they barely speak English to begin with but a second time?
Won't be going to this location anymore because they get a simple order right.

We picked up tacos in the drive through. Service was fast, order was correct and the tacos were huge. Great service and the food was excellent. One of the best Las Palapas I have been to.

They take forever for for some soup and the thing that I didn't like the suit was not even hot. It was lukewarm it's not a good location. I don't give you the food that tasty

We picked up some breakfast tacos my daughter and I and the tacos were really fresh and warm just wish the prices were a little bit less than what we paid but overall was worth it

The team here is always friendly when I go through the drive-through. Food is a little less than great, but still pretty decent. My only complaint is that the margaritas are quite expensive

Costly a bit, but the food portions improved.
Clean orders and not sloppy.
Everything was wrapped perfectly to go.
Only thing I think they could improve still is meat portions are always very skimpy. Never what they say they are for 2 or more.

The lazy staff did not want to serve us because they had a 30 minute window until closing. May I I suggest you lock your doors and only have the drive through option. We will NEVER be back to this establishment!

Thank you so much to Ariana for serving my wife and I during our lunch hour. We were greeted at the door and sat pretty quickly. It was about 11:45 in the morning and people were showing up. This young lady immediately brought us chips and took our drink orders. When we were ready to order, the food came out hot and ready to eat. Drinks stayed full, and even though others kept walking in, she was still very attentive to us. Thank you very much Ariana and we'll see you again soon!

I asked for napping in drive thru with my food and silverware lady said silverware and extra napkins are in bag got home opened my food box was a hair n no napkins or silverware.
