Las Palapas - 410 & Evers

Thank you so much to Ariana for serving my wife and I during our lunch hour. We were greeted at the door and sat pretty quickly. It was about 11:45 in the morning and people were showing up. This young lady immediately brought us chips and took our drink orders. When we were ready to order, the food came out hot and ready to eat. Drinks stayed full, and even though others kept walking in, she was still very attentive to us. Thank you very much Ariana and we'll see you again soon!

I asked for napping in drive thru with my food and silverware lady said silverware and extra napkins are in bag got home opened my food box was a hair n no napkins or silverware.

Very solid Mexican food. A little like fast food on some of the dishes but still tastes great and decent middle of the road on pricing.

Me and my grandson went to go have dinner there today which is Wednesday and I ordered a plate that has a puffy Taco a flauta and cheese enchilada.. another way to brings me a puffy Taco by itself on the plate and me Fabian looked at each other I asked him this is for me and he said yes so I took it and started eating it when they brought my actual plate out there was a puffy Taco on it and I explain to our waiter the other way that brought me this puffy Taco I didn't know if it was to my plate or not don't worry about it I'm going to ask you never came back so I asked the original waiter that took me the puffy taco there's another puffy Taco on my plate I didn't order two puffy tacos and he said I'll go ask..... Neither one of them came back so I started eating off of my plate I ate the flauta then the enchilada but Iwas full so I asked himfor a to go plate I put the puffy Taco in there and my beans and my cheese that I had ordered and when the bill came they had charged me for that extra puffy taco I said I didn't order it y'all brought it to me he goes well let me go talk to the manager so then he comes back he said what he said you ate it you have to pay for it I said well you can take that other puffy Taco that I didn't eat and take this off of my ticket he went back to talk to the manager he comes back with the clean plate opens up my to-go plate was going to take out the puffy Taco with a dirty fork that I had on my plate but he second guessed himself and he went and got a clean fork... I took the puffy Taco out.. I told my grandson they're going to throw that out I hope they don't put it on somebody else's plate they're not going to eat it cuz I touched it.. but they made me feel like I was trying to get free food when I told both waiters the mistake. Very poor customer service....do better Palapas....other that that the food is amazing...the place is very clean and the prices are reasonable...they have handicap parking.

I ordered the Chicken Mole Enchiladas plate. The sauce was so salty I had to remove the sauce which mole sauce is my favorite just to eat the enchiladas , also the charo beans also were a little salty not as bad as mole but could use less salt, my guess the cook likes alot of salt. Did not make complaint because I feel people just don't care anymore. There food is usually pretty good was so excited to see new things on menu but left disappointed and hungry still couldn't finish food.

Not a fan of this location. Very forgetful. Always forgetting the cheese on my tacos nor do they offer you anything when there’s a mistake on their end. Just go to Henry’s up the street.

The food is great here, however, during the busiest hours they only have one side of the restaurant open leaving others to wait.

Not good for business at all.

The women’s restroom is always filthy and smelly.
