The service is decent but very slow. Lately we've started driving the extra 5 minutes to the other location at 281 & 1604 for the faster service and fun specials.

The overall ambiance of this restaurant is exceptional! The employees' attitudes, customer service professionalism, and the most mouth-watering, flavorable food are the best in San Antonio cuisine!

First time to visit and possibly my last time! Why do they put cooked bacon in the LP Superbowl and not list it? I am highly allergic! I specified no cheese (allergic to dairy); you guessed it, it was covered in cheese! To top it off, the bill was $9.63 and I gave a $20 bill, planning to leave a couple of $ for a non deserved tip. Waiter brought back the $ .37 and 2 $5 bills. Not thinking, or possibly that a $5 would be tipped. Wrong!! He lost out on a tip. Plus, QUIT CALLING ME MAMA!! I realize it's your culture thing, but it's MY culture education to be addressed properly and that means that I AM NOT YOUR MAMA so stop calling me that or lose any business I might send your way.

Our waitress, older lady with extremely short haircut was beyond rude. We almost walked out it was so bad. She yelled at the hostess for sitting us in her area, she kept rolling her eyes and muttering stuff. We should have got up and left, such a horrible experience..

Ordered carry out Game Day Pack Fajitas…everything was hot fresh and delicious. When we picked up the food they were hopping and provided the best customer service. The 1/2 gallon mango margaritas were delicious as well. This was on Saturday February 24, 2024. Las Palapas did not disappoint….

Consistently messing up drive thru orders and taking forever. I've been here at least 10 times since moving back to TX and very disappointed in this location. I don't know if it's because it's on the far north side or what, but this is a franchise and should be just as accurate and consistent as any Las Palapas location. Blanco & West Ave location was my favorite growing up because it was right by my school Churchill. They were always fast, friendly, accurate, and the food was HOT & FRESH!!!Today, I ordered a 1/2lb barbacoa deal with 4 bean and cheese tacos. Took almost 20 mins, and when I got home, they forgot the beans that came with the deal. Barbacoa was warm after just a 5 min drive home. This time the bean & cheese was melted. The whole point of to-go/drive-thru orders is speed and accuracy. I shouldn't have to waste my time double-checking the order. If I had time, I would have sat down and ate there.Other times, I've ordered bean & cheese tacos, and the cheese is still cold, not even melted when I get home. Or they forgot something I've ordered.

I rarely do reviews. Service was crazy slow. The store bought chips are just that. I've never had flavorless salse in my life untill the LP on STP Parkway. I go to these restaurants all over town. My son's casadilla beef was cut so big he could barely eat it. Glad to know to never return to this one.

The chicken tortilla soup had more substance than other locations which was good. However, it was more salty. Overall still yummy!

Great service, tasty food & drinks with a friendly atmosphere. Chips & salsa included with lunch and margaritas were 'normal' size! Stone Oak area residents answer to Aldaco's increasing prices & smaller portions (food & drink).

My waitress Mercidez was excellent. Even though it was packed she kept coming back with a smile. She was helping other waitresses while doing her own job.. multitask by the 100’s.. she needs to shine somewhere where they will appreciate her.. thanks for the experience Mercidez.
