Wouldn’t sell drinks or chips because they closed in 20 min. Very strange.

Absolute WORST las palapas location in all of San Antonio. The service here couldn’t possibly be worse. From the guy taking orders in the drive thru with a pissed off tone/attitude, to the servers taking 16 minutes for tortillas that were left behind as part of my order. It SUCKS that the food is great but the service makes this such an unpleasant experience. This is the closest location to my house and the past 3 times we have gone there has been part of our order wrong/missing… I’ll drive to my 2nd closest las palapas next time. Poor service would be an understatement at this location….

Waited 30 min for the bean & cheese tacos in the drive thru. I definitely don’t recommend if you are wanting something quick.

They took my food before I was done even thought I asked for a Togo box and it was sitting there empty. Also everytime we come in the drive thru the food gets messed up. The food is really yummy though

These people are so stupid in the drive through as well as abysmally rude, they are upcharging for items that no other las Palapas does so first of all they are trying to scam you lol and two they literally rush you over the speaker don’t give you any time to order without making it sound like an inconvenience to their day

Service definitely needs improvement and the food was decent. I do not recommend this place.

Parking: Manager needs to hire more employees or train wait staff and the cooks.

This Las Palapas location is incompetent! They are 90% likely to get your order wrong, and this has gone on since they opened, so they cannot possibly care to fix the issue. ...I just got an order 10 minutes ago, knew to check the bag there to be sure they included the tortillas & salsa. Both were there. And she repeated the order to me correctly. But now at home, what's supposed to be rice in the order is beans. Seriously, people. Learn to manage your business. You've been messing up orders at this location since you opened it.

Slowest drive-thru ever.... Save your time and just go next door to Bill Miller. The lines are longer there but at least they move with a purpose.

Nothing special about the restaurant or the food, pretty mediocre all around. It is busy though- so even though I didn't have a note where the experience it seems plenty of people enjoy going here.
