The memelas transported to enjoying huaraches at the ‘mercados sobre ruedas’ aka farmer’s markets. The flavors for me were con fresh and authentic. Experienced a friendly atmosphere, with the staff & customers enjoying each other. Plan to bring my fiend from Monterrey to try the quesadillas of flor de calabaza & huitlacoche.
