12/10 Experience! From the moment we walked in the service was impeccable. The staff were all friendly and our server Sean (sorry if I misspelled lol) was knowledgeable and very personable. The drinks were all wonderful, with fresh takes on some classics as well as some we hadn’t seen before and still loved. Now the food…..not only was every plate that came out gorgeous, but the seafood was so fresh and clean. The pork belly was cooked perfectly as well. Every Leche sauce was seasoned and matched with the other ingredients perfectly. Complex flavors that were easy to love. One of the best over all restaurants I have been to (Michelin recommended included) in my life. Huge thank you to the whole team here and I’m already planning a trip back to SA just to eat here again!

Came here to try out the ceviche and other wonderful Peruvian food. First off, I have to say that the decor is beautiful and the restaurant overall is wonderful! Iowa softener surprise but definitely a wonderful place to get dinner
To start with the good, the lomo soltado was delicious. It's a must order. Ended off the night the maracuyá pie and it was amazing. If you've ever had it in Peru, the flavor is the same. Must try!
I thought that the ahi tuna tostada has too strong if a flavor that took away from the delicious tuna taste. The Nikkei ceviche was also way too strong on sauce. Don't recommend those two.

I’ve been to Leche de Tigre probably four times now, and each time it has been a fantastic experience. Most recently, I went for my birthday and we had a fabulous time. Immediately upon entering we were greeted kindly, and quickly attended to by our server, Andrea. Andrea was exceptionally kind and helpful all night, I could not give higher praise to her. The food came out quickly and each time proves to be fresh and delicious. On top of that, Andrea took a Polaroid picture of my party to remember the night by. I had a fantastic night and definitely will be returning!

First off, the staff went above and beyond—when we needed to store a cake, they kindly kept it for us free of charge. That already showed how thoughtful they are. Our server John deserves special recognition: he was incredibly friendly, bilingual (which made it much easier for my mom to communicate), and knew every detail about the menu. He even suggested dishes based on what we liked and took a sweet group photo for us with a photo machine. Becca also helped us get more of the crunchy corn snacks and was just as kind. The service here truly set the bar high.
The atmosphere is just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and very outdoorsy with a homey yet cinematic design. As a plant lover, I adored the plant decorations outside, and the lighting inside created a cozy mood once it got darker. Even the cups and materials felt creative and unique, some of them reflecting Peruvian culture, which I really appreciated. The music was soft and comforting, making the whole setting feel like being part of a family gathering.
The food itself was outstanding. Healthy, bold, and unique flavors with a delicate touch. The “Choclo Frito” instantly became my favorite—every bite was perfectly crisp and crunchy, making it impossible not to fall in love with. I can confidently say I haven’t tasted food quite like this before.
If I had to give feedback, I’d only say the menu is on the smaller side, and it would be nice to see more variety. Also, instead of just listing ingredients, a short description of each dish would make choosing easier. But honestly, the quality more than makes up for it.
Overall, this place beautifully reflects Peruvian culture, both in flavor and atmosphere. My mom had one of her best birthdays here, and that made the experience truly unforgettable. We left feeling full, happy, and already looking forward to returning.

Outstanding bits in San Antonio. Enjoyed a fantastic dinner at Leche de Tigre. We sat at the bar/kitchen counter, which was a ton of fun. Menu offers a diverse array of options, including delicious ceviche, skewers of roasted scallops and octopus, and a seafood arroz. Service was outstanding, and the wine list was nicely paired to the food options. Cannot wait to go back!

A great experience! Both the service and the food were great! I recommend making a reservation as this place can fill up quickly. We were greeted and seated right away. Our server, Rachel, was very polite and knowledgeable about the menu. The food presentation was awesome and the taste was amazing. The fresh ingredients paired with sauces that are totally flavor bombs was a real taste experience. Everything was so flavorful! The red fish was what I mostly enjoyed. The perfectly fried filet smothered in a flavorful sauce (served with steamed rice) was absolutely delicious. The drinks are creative and good. The flan was very well made, really nice flavor and consistency. Looking forward to my next visit!

I dined at Leche de Tigre based on a colleague’s recommendation and was pleasantly surprised by everything—from the atmosphere to the food, and the service. The choclo frito was crispy and flavorful, making for a great starter. The scallops were delicate and perfectly seasoned, while the Wagyu-X bavette brought a rich, savory balance with its chimichurri and huancaína sauces. To top it off, the Sana-Gria was a refreshing, expertly crafted nonalcoholic cocktail that paired beautifully with the meal. Overall, the experience was vibrant, well-executed, and memorable. I’ll definitely be returning.

Moved from DC to San Antonio and was on a mission to find the best ceviche (comparable to our favorite spot in DC - Pisco y Nazca), and I think we found a winner. Also, I should preface they have a great restaurant week deal, but we couldn't steer clear of the ceviche menu.
Ceviche - we had the Carretillero (spicy) and Chalaco (spiciest on the list). Both were incredible and hit home for us, so much that we ordered another round of the Chalaco
Drinks - we ordered the No Me Olivides (Mezcal) & Please Enjoy (Gin) - both were yummy and would order again
I loved the interior decor of the restaurant - very vibey. Seating is limited, but they do accept reservations and looked to have plenty of outdoor seating options. Our waiter was very attentive and offered a lot of great menu recommendations. I thought prices seemed high for SA (more expensive than our DC Peruvian fav), but we came to an agreement it was one of its kind in the area. We already can't wait to get back and try more on the menu, hoping for another great experience.
