I'm not sure why my sandwich ended up looking so much different than the other photos, but I ordered "Lenny's Italian Sub" which comes with: Ham, Prosciutto, Capicola, Genoa Salami. I got exactly one slice of each. One of the thinnest sandwiches I have ever seen. It tasted good, but because the contents were so small, it was not filling at all.

My friend and I went for lunch, and the service was great for the most part. My sandwich was just ok, nothing special. But it needed more meat. I found myself pulling bread off and eating just the meat because it was too much bread for me. The guy that took our order was cool peoples. Very polite, welcoming, and friendly. I definitely feel I ll come back to try a different sub.

I'd like to share an experience I just had at this location. I'm trying to do it quickly as I just got home and I am starving! I had a long day and I am exhausted and starving and ran out to run an errand and grab some food for my first and only meal of the day. I forgot to bring my phone, but noticed on the clock and my car that it was getting close to 9:00. Since I didn't have my phone, I wasn't able to look and see what time this location closed. When I arrived, I know it was just a few minutes until 9:00, and when I got to the door I did see that the closing time was listed at 9:00. When I walked in there were two young guys working inside. When I asked if I was too late, the young man who was working the dining room was leaning towards telling me that I was too late, that they closed at 9:00. I knew it wasn't quite 9:00 yet, and the young man behind the counter told me that no, it was not too late and that he could definitely help me. I ordered quickly to go, and explained to him that I own a similar business downtown. I apologized to him for coming in at the last minute, and he assured me it was no problem. I asked him his name, and he told me it was Andres. I was in and out of there by 9:01. He assured me more than one time that it wasn't a big deal, and that some other customers had just finished eating and left just before I had walked in. This is the type of service I ask my employees to provide. Decades ago, this type of service did not stand out as much as it does now. I am well aware of how difficult it is to staff a business, let alone staff a business with good employees. Please recognize Andres for his wonderful customer service skills. It's harder and harder these days to find employees that great! The food here is always fantastic, as well! Thank you, Andres! You are very much appreciated!

Definitely a great addition to sandwich options in the area, but service could be better. Dine-in was pretty good, but ordered curbside and waited for 20 minutes outside only to go in and find out that my order had been sitting there the entire time, even after I had alerted them through email AND the app that I was waiting curbside.

Okay... I'm confused. This was my go-to sandwich shop, 5 star... I haven't visited it in a few months and I just got my usual Italian sandwich. What happened here? There used to be plenty of deli meat, now I got one slice of each and it looks pathetic. It's worse than subway now. Mostly bread and lettuce. Did something change? Are you under portioning now? I don't get it. It went from my go-to place to I don't think I'm coming back to this sorry sandwich. Didn't see this coming and I really don't feel like buying another 7$ small sandwich with two thin slices of meat. I'm just disappointed, used to be so good.

Dropped by with a co-worker. We needed somewhere to go for a quick meal. I suggested Lenny's, and this location was right next door. After he thanked me for mentioning the place and said he's not big on sandwiches but really like his Philly and said he'll have to bring his kids by some time.Your employees were fast and friendly and the food was fresh. ?12\18\23 Dropped by again for lunch at work and tried a Hot Italian Sandwich. It tasted soo good. But something I have to eat at home. I got lazy after I ate it ?
