This place is great. I can't believe I have never stopped in before. Cookies and cupcakes are so yummy. This is now my go to cookie and cupcake place. They even offer GF and vegan options.

Delicious cookies but I was very disappointed by the customer service I received for a custom order I placed. When I called to voice my dissatisfaction, I was made to feel as if it were my fault. I would have been happy to agree it was a miscommunication, but the woman took no ownership and now I have $110 worth of cookies that will not excite the children nor will they represent the money I paid.

It's a fun, lively atmosphere. It looks a little crowded in the back with so many workers, though. I wondered how they had room to move around & pack orders. Our cashier, Sari was wonderful and answered all of our questions and was so patient. They have a wonderful selection of treats and drinks. They also have delicious gluten-free options which is a huge plus in my book. Highly recommend you support them, if you get the chance.

Parking: They have a small lot for parking which was not full when we got there. I can imagine if they have more than seven or eight cars, though, it will be hard to find parking. I know the employees have to park down the street and walk to the building, so the lot is for customers only.
Flew all the way from NC! Great and friendly service heard so much about this bakery! Shout out to the workers in the back making it so welcoming by singing and dancing enjoying their job!

I showed up at 4:30PM and they were out of chocolate chip cookies 🍪. I was really bummed because we live NE of SA, it's my birthday and this is the only sweets I wanted today! Well right when I was gonna walk out the really nice lady offered to make me fresh chocolate chips, if I wouldn't mind waiting! (I was so excited I didn't even ask her name) I of course said yes! She made my day and fresh cookies just so happen to be my favorite! Thank you for making my birthday EXTRA SPECIAL! 🎂 🥳 Forever a customer and I will share with everyone how awesome yall truly are!

We love Lilys cookies. We use them for every party! Great service and so easy! I send a pic and they create them or you can swing by and pick up delicious cookies they already have out on display. When you walk in, the smell is amazing!! Delicious and beautiful cookies!! I have used them several times and always get amazing comments about how cute and yummy they are!
Cookies are a bit pricy but delicious.
