Little Caesars Pizza

Put an order an an hour ahead of time I got there and still waited for 20 mins. It was for some pizza bites and wings that’s it lol saw people go through the drive through and come in and leave faster than I did. Thanks a whole hour and 20 mins I was waiting for my food while I see people come in order the same thing I did and leave before me. Time 7:40 pm date Friday march 7.

I placed an order online. I come in after the ETA then I'm told I have to wait because what I ordered was sell fast. They cater to the drive thru and don't put any of the online orders in the so called portal

Worst little Caesars that you can stop at take to Damm long employees don't help each other to get things moving faster it really does suck to come to this place it really does. Bad bad service

Thirty minutes in drive thru for a hot and ready pizza and hot and ready bread sticks that don’t sound ready

It’s a hit and miss one day awesome service and food great other times no cares and attitude and messed up orders.

Little Caesar's pizza is some pretty good decent pizza. The service for this location is never good. Got my order, waited in line for quite awhile. The lady who took my order did not inform me of any wait. However, I'm pretty sure myself and the 3 other cars in front of me were waiting for them to make more hot n readys.

I understand if there may be a wait, but have the courtesy to inform your customers.

Customer service is not hard, idk why this location can't get it right.

The girl working the register November 3 around 5:30 PM was so cool and so sweet her customer service was immaculate. She was super attentive and got my order, correct. And she put a good amount of seasoning on my pizza crust 10 out of 10 will be going again just so I can run into this cashier again! Also, the pizza was bomb as heck today!

This location is literally the worst one on sw military dr and yarrow blvd literally everyone in this picture is complaining about their order or bringing it back they are always slow and dont ever remember your order when you get to the window! This is the worse customer service. Since we been sitting here for 30 min we have seen about four people bring back their pizzas and i feel bad for the cashier she is the only one helping people.

Drive thru for a Hot and Ready and a 3 Meat on a busy Friday night and the line moved swiftly, the staff was friendly and the food was fresh and hot. Great job!

Worst deep dish I’ve ever gotten. The guy who was taking orders was high or something cause first he told me to pull up before even finishing my order then he had to re-ask me what I ordered at the window. Whoever made the pizza doesn’t know how to make a deep dish at all. Complete waste of time and money.

I had the worst experience here! the AGM Joann Esparza told my father who is elderly 71 yrs old to “go back to Mexico” just because no one there could speak Spanish. It’s so embarrassing seeing a grown adult act like a child and run a store. The store owner should be ashamed we will never be coming back.

Ordered online to pick up in person & the online tracking said my order wasn't done yet, and when we got there it was done the whole time. So the online tracking needs to be more accurate because we were waiting for nothing.
