Visiting this location and the Woman tending the line told me that the Hot'n'Ready would be a 15 minute wait, not only was it 35 minutes, but literally everyone else that came in and ordered the same thing got their order first. Then some Dismissive Kid Employee tells me that my order was more complicated than everyone else's, when it was the same thing that i ordered, a total of 5 HnR was given out before my 2. Then I ask for the manager and she is even worse, saying that it's "because SOME people come in late" blaming her employees... as if somehow that excuses Others getting their orders sooner somehow. The Failure of the Employee is the Failure of the Manager!!! And she offers no Conflict Resolution, and not once did anyone even look at my Receipt. DO NOT COME HERE if you value basic human decency and Fast Food etiquette

Always polite and fast. This is our regular neighborhood spot, kids are always satisfied. Foods always fresh and hot.

I placed my order at 950pm. It is now 11pm and I’m sitting in an empty restaurant waiting for two employees to stop bullshitting and chit-chatting with one another and maybe start making a pizza. Was told “we are waiting for the crazy bread” 40 minutes ago. I would complain to them instead of venting here but I don’t know where they are. Wow. This location is usually on point but is failing miserably at delivering decent or even slow service tonight. It shouldn’t take an hour to make a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks on a slow night. Who knows if I’ll even get my order- cause I’m still waiting.

They have to put more qualified personnel for this type of work, they do not pay attention, they do not provide bathrooms and at the moment a terrible service

I asked Angel to give us some marinara sauce because he forgot to give us the sauce on the crazy combo and he made us go again on the drive thru and took too long to give it out. There is NO open restrooms for the costumers. + THE FOOD IS COLD!!! BAD SERVICE!!!

The person who serves is horrible customer service, an hour waiting for a pizza you should run it and the person who is at the counter

Horrible customer service, food is never ready and this is already multiple times coming here. When you ask for something instant response is we don’t have that ready it’s going to be a 30 minute wait, do you want to wait. Staff and management need to be trained better!!!!!!!

I went through the drive-thru and was told there would be a 20-minute wait. It ended up being closer to 35-40 minutes. I tried calling multiple times to have my order brought out to my car, but no one answered. Eventually, I had to go inside, where I waited an additional 5-10 minutes. The staff didn't greet me, and the employee was very rude. To top it off, they didn't give me the sauce for my crazy bread. Overall, it was a frustrating experience.

How do you not know how to make a supreme pizza. There's no Sausage and barely any onion. Also ordered crazy bread with sauce and the sauce cup was partially empty.

I I’m free here all the time and normally I’d say 3 stars, cause they under cook the pizza a lot of the time but they’re fast and nice so I deal. But this is the 2nd time I asked for crazy crust, specifically said with garlic and Parmesan on the crust. First time it was drive thru so I blew it off. But this time, I went into to order and asked for it. Guy took my pizza out of the hot and ready warmer and walked to the back and PRETENDED to put crazy crust. Didn’t even realize it until I got home and my kids were upset they love the crazy crust. I don’t understand why he would walk to the back and not put it while he back there. Very sad about this experience.
