“Do you know the status of my order?”“I don’t know what you ordered”“Can I show you?”“I don’t want to see your order”Every single time I come here, I keep thinking it’ll be different, I keep thinking today’s not a good day for them, I keep thinking maybe if I come outside of rush hour, I keep thinking he looks young maybe he’s new. Not a damn thing goes right in this store, they give away your pizza right in front of you then they prioritize the loud and obnoxious over the ones who’ve been waiting for over 30 minutes. Pizza slices are never cut all the way, delivery takes over two hours EVERY time, you’ll get the email saying your order is ready but when you get there it grew legs and walked away! I’ve always been very patient with customer service employees since I’ve been in their shoes but wow, this store needs to be shut down or corporate needs to rehire and retrain everyone. I’m only 26 but this store makes my blood pressure spike.
Manager Norma exhibits unprofessional behavior at work. I purchased a pizza, brought it home, and discovered a few ants inside the pizza box. I returned to the restaurant and informed a friendly front desk employee of the situation. She went to the back to fetch the manager. When the manager arrived, she insisted there were no ants in the restaurant. I showed her the ants in the box, and she responded rudely by saying, "So you want more pizza?" before instructing the cashier to give me another one and walking away. It is clear that this manager requires further training or should be dismissed from her position.

The worst Little Caesars I've ever been too. It took then 45 mins to get 2 pizzas that should be hot and ready, and they weren't even busy. Most of the time the employees were in their phone. And I have the pics to prove it

Drive thru is not in operation; which would have been nice to know when I ordered and paid online, and it was pouring rain. Mason who was working the front counter has a horrible attitude. He informed a customer he couldn't take her "hot check" while it was quite evident she had adequate cash in her hand.

Food was good service really sucked and I had to pay 3 dollars total to receive only 5 packets of parmesian cheese mind you I paid for it twice before this I went through the drive through they had me pull around front I ended up waiting 35 minutes for my order and ended up having to go inside to get it myself guy at front counter said he didn't see anyone when really he never looked or bothered looking so I went inside to get the order and it had been sitting their ready to go that's when I had to pay a third time and your employees decide they would yell and tell us to leave after making us come in the store we would've just sat their waiting worst service I will never come to this store or spend money with little Caesars especially when they decided to disrespect my significant other because she was upset that I had to pay three times just to get parmesian cheese and if we weren't so hungry I would've just got a refund because this food was not worth the disrespect and disrespectful service I received.pizza hut will now be my only choice and you can thank your manager and crew for that very disappointing that I had to get yelled at and disrespected by employees because they wanna charge the customer and not give me what I paid for and then disrespect me in the process unacceptable

BUYER BEWARE!!! This place needs a new everything. The pizzas we've received are either not cut or cut into 4 slices. Orders are never on time nor even correct. They are constantly losing online orders and the wait time is ridiculous. You might as well go into the back and make the pizza yourself due to the incompetence of the so-called employees. A monkey could make a better pizza and be more reliable than the staff that work there. This is the last time my family and I will ever order from this location due to the fact that tonight for the 3RD TIME in a span of 2 months we were given an already eaten pizza to an already WRONG order! We went back and were still given the wrong pizza after the ordeal. We're just done with the nonsense!
