Every single person that works this location is giving excellent customer service!! I have been coming here for the last 5 yrs at least once a month. My daughter and I share ( she can eat almost all of it ) the Italian cheese bread. The establishment it self is always clean an everything is tidy and professional always tastes great. I have to ask for an our Italian cheese bread slightly golden because it’s to hard for my daughter to eat if it the cheese cooked a bit longer. This location always makes it exactly how we like it. I can see they are always so busy. But , that never affects the quality of our order and the staff politeness.

Customer service is on point!!! I came in the drive thru and they didn't have the crazy puffs ready so I ordered and waited in the car. I explained at the window what happened with my previous attempt at Little Ceasars today and she apologized even though it was not her place to have to do so. After I waited, the same lady brought me out my fresh fresh crazy puffs along with a bag of cookies that I didn't know yall even had!! Amazing experience! Way to come back after the sour taste this morning.

Just drive a little further to another location. Time after time the mess up my order by either getting it wrong entirely or by messing it up in the process. I've had pizzas with the bottoms ripped off, unsliced pizzas, and today I waited 20 extra mins for my pizza and they threw raw uncooked green peppers and mushrooms.

Ordered 2 thin crust ended up getting 1 thin and 1 hot and ready.My husband dipped into the 2nd pizza the next day nit realizing it should have been a thin crust. When i got home from work i noticed but ge had already eaten half. When i called they were rude even tho i had my receipt and insisted that bring the pizza back even though it was their mess up. But since my husband ate half already they said they could not replace it. I even tipped them. So rude and we feel cheated. Would not recommend this location!

My only complaint is that when my dad ordered and purchased pizza on the little Caesars app, a custom pepperoni, bacon, hamburger, and sausage pepperoni and cheese stuffed crust pizza and a custom half supreme half Hawaiian stuffed crust pizza, it took at least an extra 12 minutes more than the time that was said on the little Caesars app to, from what the cashier and pizza to customer person said, finish cooking the pizza. Other than that, the pizza was good but not the best pizza I ever had since Dijorno brand stuffed crust pizza bought at HEB or Walmart located is better. In my opinion The pizzas at little Caesars just aren't that flavorful, maybe it's just me or the fact that mozzarella cheese just isn't that flavorful, although when I get Dijorno brand pizza I do add cheddar cheese to it to make it taste more cheesy. On a side note: cheddar cheese is good in spaghetti (that has spaghetti sauce mixed into it) as a alternative to parmesan cheese, mixed into cooked rice (that has spaghetti sauce mixed in the rice), in lasagna and on pizza, so it's too bad there isn't sprinkle cheddar cheese sold as a seasoning anywhere (at least not in any place in San Antonio, Texas). Although the crazy puffs when dipped in marinara sauce is really good and tasty.
Vegetarian options: If you are a vegan who only doesn't eat meat (even though the way we get cow's milk is by taking a calf permanently away from it's mother after 24 hours and raping cow with forceful artificial impregnation. So it's strange that vegans claim they think it is okay to eat and drink milk products while their excuse for not eating meat is because they claim that it's cruel to kill cows when they are young.) there are possibly a ton of vegan options like purchasing a custom pizza. But if you are vegan who doesn't eat meat and milk then I suggest you eat somewhere else because you won't know for sure if the dough used to make the bread and crusts used for the pizzas are made without meat, meat byproducts, and milk products.
Parking: There is usually not a lot of cars in the parking lot. So you will find space to park at it.
This place is horrible. The last 3 times I have gone in to get something to eat ots the same thing over charge. When in and asked for a hot and ready and they over charge me because and I quote the manager well at this location the extramostbest pepperoni is what we call the hot and ready. Different day ank for the crazy bread and again I was charged for the bread and sauce combo and again I'm told at this location we sell it as a combo. And now I ask for a thin crust pepperoni 7.99 and a thin crust cheese. You would figure that the price is the same 7.99 right since it's also advertised at 7.99 No, the manager charged me 9.99 because, according to him, well, I don't have a button, so that's the price I changed you.. when I told him it was wrong and tried to show him in his advertisement the price, he tried telling me that I was wrong. I used to work for this company a long time ago. I have always been a true fan of the product, but now I walk in, and nobody greets you. The employee walks past you without addressing you, out of uniforms, and on their phones. Employees not even washing their hands even after playing witheir hair. I hope this company tries better because this is the worst.
