The lack of respect and customer service from this place is astonishing. Since this location is so convenient I kept going back even after the last 4 times my orders have been messed up or they forgot about me sitting in front of the building. Every time I kept thinking well maybe it was just a one off day. I never took a single thing that was offered to me for free for my inconvenience because again we're all human and can make mistakes. this place should be ashamed ..the ac is out and you have those kids working in crazy conditions.
Went through the drive thou and said 10min. So parked us after more customer's drove up. Was more like 25+ called theme, manager answered and said I don't know , let me get drive thou person ... Omg waited then hung up and went inside. Manager was coming with my order and not with my Italia chesses bread order smh , I told him how can you answer the phone and say I don't know what's going on... at your store , and missing my Italian cheese bread.
