Sorry, if you want it "ready-to-go" as soon as you get there order online with their app. The atmosphere isn't bad, but when everyone there is angry that their orders are taking forever, especially when everyone is busy prepping pizzas, you kinda feel the tension in the waiting area. 2 stars

Service and quality has been down for the past few years.More often than not, long wait times (even ordering ahead using the mobile app).Biggest gripe is the fact the my pizzas are usually wrong, undercooked, or not even cut properly or straight.

I mistakingly went thru the drive thru and ordered extra most bestest pepperoni and a side of crazy bread. Well instead of the normal fluffy crazy bread I got what looked like something that someone sat on because it was flat crazy bread ?♀️ not very good. Will not be going back here.

The only problem with this location is THE WAIT TIME. You will spend (depending on your order) from 10-30 min waiting for one cheese and one pepperoni pizza. Location is clean. Staff is extremely friendly. Just very slow service.

Staff was friendly and attentive as soon as I walked in at the West Ave and Blanco location. I bought a pepperoni hot and ready, I don't usually expect it to be above average when I buy them, but this location made the best hot and ready I have gotten in the longest time. I believe I have found the location I will continue to go to! Pizza toppings weren't skimpy, it was hot and the crust was perfect!

I asked for them to make a pizza fresh and they made me wait 20 minutes and and they still gave me an old pizza.
I ordered in the drive thru and waited an hour and the employees just kept talking and laughing in the kitchen and never came to the window. I just left because I knew they obviously didn’t care

Thru the drive thru at 9:08pm no answer it was closed … figured this is 3 times I’ve tried the past week now I passed by inside there was a wait and the mng I suppose had the worst attitude of all tried to give me an old pizza and the bread sticks were old and cold pizza was a disaster I’m done giving them chances at this
