Placed and order online and it’s still not ready 20 minutes after it said it was ready. The girls at the front are no help and are just on there phone instead of helping the customers. Horrible service.

I had to share my experience & thank Anna for her excellent customer service! I called in to complain but she was understanding & when I went again she personally assisted in making my order, packing it herself, very apologetic & showed excellent customer service! Thank you Anna! Awesome job!!

Got there at 10:45 after a long day of work, my fridge stopped working so I figured I'd get something quick for my kids, the employees were mopping and very rudely told me they were closed. The company needs to update their closing time online if that's the case instead of saying it closes at 11. Waste of time and gas.
After waiting for fresh pizza, I was really disappointed with the result. The pizza was poorly made—one half was thick and undercooked, while the other half was stretched so thin it barely held together. It seemed like the dough wasn’t prepared properly. The Crazy Bread was also a letdown, coming out thin and scrawny. Overall, it was a sad meal and a real letdown. I won’t be returning to this location.

I placed an order for pickup on November 3 around 10 pm and received my pizza with a missing topping and the cheese breadsticks instead of the regular breadsticks. Not very happy about that at all but the customer service was good.
Fast ,fresh , and delish

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. I’m a door dasher and I came in to pick up a cheese pizza. Yes they were busy but their staff was downright RUDE and they got at least 25 (not exaggerating) orders after mine out. Also my customers order also had obviously been put in before I even arrived. Then they asked me after an hour what name it was for and were like “oh we forgot we will put one in the oven” no apology no nothing. Just eye rolls. NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!

Slow and disorganized, especially at dinner time. They marked my order as ready, but the app said it was at the counter rather than in the portal box. My pizza was on a table with a dozen other pizzas getting cold waiting on other things. I showed them my order on the app and the clerk acted confused and then told me it was waiting on bread. For over 20 minutes I waited, watching one single, not caring, teenage employee slowly getting bread orders out one at a time, and a couple times was texting on his phone while working on the bread, not on break and no hand washing after. The manager even saw him and said nothing! At least 4 orders got bread before mine despite not having sat on the table as long, so I asked again and again they acted confused and didn't know my order was. Finally they slowly stacked my order and handed it to me with a half-hearted canned apology. Don't go here, they don't care at all.

Took an extra 10 minutes, even though it was pretty slow. Wasn't even a big order, a classic and a stuff crust. The pizza was good, though.

I came in at 9:50 pm after a visit to the ER given my wife had an accident at work and thought we’d bring something quick and easy for the kids at home. Ordered two specialty pizzas and the cashier said would be a 20-30 minute wait; which I thought was understandable because it was kinda getting close to closing time at 11pm specially because I have been working in the food industry for 23 years and own a food business as well.
I went and waited in my car for a little bit over 25 minutes because I didn’t wanna seem pushy but when I approached the register and asked how long more it would take for my order, I was told someone else took my order and it would take at least another half hour so he offered to refund me which could’ve been a great idea if I hadn’t spent almost 10 hours in the ER -and everything around was pretty much closed . Now almost an hour later im still here sitting waiting for my pizzas after at least 20 other people got theirs. (added a video of the clock but it seems the clock is an hour behind)
As a food establishment customer service is stressed as a priority but Nobody apologized or even attempted to make the experience a bit less unpleasant.

Placed an order ahead of time and still waited an hour for a lunch special. Ate while I drove back to work just to discover the crazy bread over baked and the deep dish severely undercooked/raw in the middle

So many complaints, too little time. Super hot inside. Improvements to the air conditioning should be made for employees. No wonder the employees couldn't care if you get your order in a timely manner or even if they cut the pizza right. 40 minutes for a stuffed crust pepperoni and crazy bread is crazy.
