Little Caesars Pizza

I work near this location so I'll do the drive through for lunch sometimes. It's a gamble if they even answer the drive through or window during open hours. If they do, the service is moderate at best. The pizza is okay and it's hit or miss whether it's fresh. I know it's just Little Ceasar's so it's not gourmet, but I have had Little Caesars from several locations in town and this one is on the bottom of my list. I've driven by and can't tell if anybody is in the store or working during business hours so I just keep driving and go to another lunch option. It's a gamble at this location for ANY kind of service and the quality of the food is maybe moderate. I hope they step it up and at least answer the drive through because I'm not the only car I've seen just drive away.

Heavy set Hispanic woman maybe around late '20s is rude as hell. Complaining because the speaker was broke I had to go inside and make an order and she was still complaining the whole time. Talking about customers and complaining in front of us while walking back and forth talking with her co-workers. Saying she was tired of working there. Very rude and unprofessional. She also was rude and upsetted another customer.

These people DO NOT WANT TO BE HERE. I understand it's not the most favorable job, but don't be mad when we come to a pizza place and ask for pizza.

The lady's angry, the guys angry, it's just not the nicest place to get your pizza, but hey, it's hot, and it's ready (kinda)

We stopped to get my son a pizza & I'm assuming it was good because my son tore it up. Sadly, the Customer Service here is always horrible! I hate to say that too because Little Caesars used to be so good at customer service. I will say if you go inside, the customer service is way better than the window service though. It's usually a bunch of young kids that work there. I started going to the one further down New Braunfels & only use this one if I have to or if I don't feel like driving further from home.

Took forever to get my 1 pizza and breadsticks. They had like 20 pizzas sitting out and were not sure about any mobile delivery at all.

The lady in drive through was super lazy as hell and did not wanna move even when it’s heavy rain outside. Moreover she was pissed off when I disturbed her to get my order while she was busy on phone.

I spend 22 on Uber eats for pizza and some crazy sticks, that they NEVER gave the pizza to My uber. i called, they addmited that My pizza was there (My uber wasnt lying) and I ended up without My pizza, thanks. just NEVER eat, Buy, or do anything in here, they can't do stuff right, youll end up hungry

Went in to place an order. There's a kid in flip flops an shorts behind the counter arguing with an employee while holding his privates. Very unprofessional first of all not being in uniform. I assume hes an employee off for the day? He was arguing because he wanted to take a pizza that was just made for a guest. The employee wouldn't let him an he said its for his Tia, he already asked his Mom if he could take it.His Mom is probably the manager?? Still gives him no right to be behind the counter in shorts, holding his privates an arguing with an employee in front of all the customers. Saying how he was gonna take a customer's pizza. Very unprofessional.
