Little Caesars Pizza

We stopped to get my son a pizza & I'm assuming it was good because my son tore it up. Sadly, the Customer Service here is always horrible! I hate to say that too because Little Caesars used to be so good at customer service. I will say if you go inside, the customer service is way better than the window service though. It's usually a bunch of young kids that work there. I started going to the one further down New Braunfels & only use this one if I have to or if I don't feel like driving further from home.

Took forever to get my 1 pizza and breadsticks. They had like 20 pizzas sitting out and were not sure about any mobile delivery at all.

The lady in drive through was super lazy as hell and did not wanna move even when it’s heavy rain outside. Moreover she was pissed off when I disturbed her to get my order while she was busy on phone.

I spend 22 on Uber eats for pizza and some crazy sticks, that they NEVER gave the pizza to My uber. i called, they addmited that My pizza was there (My uber wasnt lying) and I ended up without My pizza, thanks. just NEVER eat, Buy, or do anything in here, they can't do stuff right, youll end up hungry

Went in to place an order. There's a kid in flip flops an shorts behind the counter arguing with an employee while holding his privates. Very unprofessional first of all not being in uniform. I assume hes an employee off for the day? He was arguing because he wanted to take a pizza that was just made for a guest. The employee wouldn't let him an he said its for his Tia, he already asked his Mom if he could take it.His Mom is probably the manager?? Still gives him no right to be behind the counter in shorts, holding his privates an arguing with an employee in front of all the customers. Saying how he was gonna take a customer's pizza. Very unprofessional.

Waited 45min to an hour for just hot and ready ! Absolutely terrible

I get it, this is a Little Caesars but when there is no one in the drive thru or in the restaurant and you placed your order for pick up through the app and it isn't ready when it was promised you start to wonder what is going on. In addition it seems like the puffs we ordered were in the oven too long which I don't understand how that can happen when everything is automated. Would I visit this location again? Sure....because all of the LC's seem to have the same type of uncaring people working in them. We still enjoy their pizza, it is just a pain dealing with the employees.

I frequently come here. Always find young employees either on cellphone or not taking orders at the counter! Or very delayed service.

Ordered from here on a few separate occasions now and have had problems each time, today hoever, was missing items in my order. Was tempted to actually call the store itself but with dealing with a very rude manager last time I did that I didn’t want to deal with that again. Be wary about this location

Got charge for 2 pizzas when I only ordered one. Waited 20mins just for one. When I ask for a refund, gave me such a hassle for a refund. They had to refund me the full $17.30 then charge me again for 1. Don’t come here unless you want them double charging then having to dispute to get your money back. Highly unprofessional.

I ordered online and got here and my order is in the pick up but my name isn’t on the board so my code doesn’t work. I’ve been waiting to talk to someone for the past 30 minutes and the lady just walks past me and tends to other customers. I come here all the time and I am very dissatisfied
