Order an extra most best last night and they definitely cheat you on how much pepperoni is put on compared to other locations. When I brought it to there attention they said well we put more cheese on it.

Never had a bad experience here in regards to customer service. That's sadly rare these days. Stopped by at my baby's bed time and they heard him crying on our ride home. Gave us free cookies to make him happy for the duration we had to wait for the cheese pizza. Fabulous.

Driver thru worker began to get an attitude because we wanted to order a hot & ready CHEESE pizza. She said they couldn’t do a hot and ready cheese because cheese expires too quickly ? And we could only do pepperoni ? Even though…. What is on a pepperoni pizza? Literally cheese. We explained their drive through sign states they offer hot and ready cheese pizza and she said that sign was no longer valid, they just hadn’t changed it? We then proceeded to ask nicely to forget the order, we wanted to cancel, and she proceeded to talk over us steam rolling the conversation as to even more reasons why they absolutely will not give us a hot and ready cheese pizza & we have to wait for them to make it fresh. We had to talk over her in order to get her to listen so that we could cancel our order. We will definitely be going elsewhere from here on out. The pizza isn’t good enough pizza to be treated like that.

The worker was respectful however they wouldn’t take my 50$ bill it’s 2025 use a marker and check authenticity I drove a mile to panda they took my money without problems. Food is good here usually just buy for the kids

I must commend the Tesla location for little Caesars. It was approximately two weeks ago I ordered a thin crust pepperoni plus more pepperoni we had it delivered. I must say that was the best pizza I have ever gotten from Little Caesars, so Tezel Road Little Caesars has it together.

The Fab 4 Pizza did not disappoint. We also ordered the 5 meat treat-thin crust pizza, crazy bread and wings. Ms. Cheryl gathered our order and brought out it to our vehicle. Talk about service with a Smile. She exemplifies how an employee should treat the customers. We look forward to coming back again and having her take care of us.

I stopped by this Little Caesars drive-thru a few weeks ago on a Friday to pick up some Hot-N-Ready pizzas and breadsticks. When I ordered, the team member at the window (I wish I’d gotten her name! - she was wearing a LC bucket hat) let me know they’d just taken a huge order, asked if I’d like to wait, and mentioned it would take about 20 minutes. I told her I’d run an errand and come back.
When I pulled back in and parked, I saw another team member carrying what looked like 15+ pizzas out to another car — and despite the rush, everyone was still so kind and upbeat. I was fully prepared to get out and walk inside to get my order since I was sure they wouldn’t know I’d made it back. To my surprise, the lady who took my order remembered my car, spotted me parked across the lot (all the spots in front of Little Caesars and across the way were taken, so I had to park facing the street in a spot not easily seen from inside) — and she brought my order out to me!
She even apologized for the wait, and when I asked if it was still busy, she mentioned she had another large order but was still so friendly and seemed genuinely happy to be at work that day. It’s so rare to see that kind of attitude during a busy rush in food service.
It really made my day — thank you to her and the whole team for going the extra mile and making a busy Friday feel easy. And to boot, the pizzas were perfectly made. Cheers to the crew who worked that day - I’ll definitely be back!

Went to grab a pizza. Worker pulled a giant knife out of his bag crazy like, and start to cut boxes right in front of me. Thought it was super unsafe, do they don’t have normal box cutters?
