Little Caesars Pizza

Pizza ordered at 712. Driver heads to store and picks up at 730 and estimated to be delivered early at 750. Driver goes to another store and sits for 15 minutes then delivers another order to someone else. Food arrives 811 forty minutes after leaving store barely room temp.

Last couple times I've gotten my food from here, the pizza has looked like this. The Jalapeño looks like its been thrown on top instead of baked into the pizza. And its extremely Doey. I Can't tell if its because its not done or if its because its saturated from the juice of the Jalapeños.

The workers don't wear gloves, or even something to keep their hair tied back. Please, in a kitchen, they should be cleaner for health reasons. I bought pizza today and there was a hair in it😡

The cashier was very rude and made faces at me when I was asking about a certain pizza on the menu and proceeded to give me attitude when I asked her if she was having a bad day , she told me that it was because I changed my order . Then I had to ask her for the receipt because she wasn’t going to give it to me.

Unfortunately the last several times the pizza has been nearly paper thin :( (no i didn’t accidentally order thin crust) I usually get cheese only so I thought that might be the problem. Tried a pepperoni and still flat. Ive also tried two other locations out of the way and didn’t have that issue with either. Just this one on dezavala. I’m really sad to be leaving this review but bringing the issue to their attention got brushed off, so hopefully this helps.

I would love to be able to give this location a 5 star rating but I can’t. I need to get this off my chest. A few weeks ago. I had my order delivered by DoorDash and the drink was missing. I was told that it’s the Dasher’s responsibility to get the drink out of the fridge. It should be the person working the front’s responsibility to make sure all items are together. The bread is always undercooked. The pizza usually looks beautiful though.

The only decent thing here is the food. Everything else was a terrible experience.
I walked in and tried to make small talk by talking about how I was not sure what I wanted to order and the lady at the front literally told me I had 10 minutes to decide or I would have to leave. She then proceeded to completely ignore the other customers that were asking questions. Frankly the behavior is abhorrent and should not happen ever.

When I went in to get the pizza from the portal the lady that works the front was watching me and she said to me in a rude way that the portal door opens you know. I said yes I know I’m just getting my pizza and then she smarted off it closes too very rude and embarrassing.

I will be calling the corporate office putting in a complaint about the food and service given!
