I went to Little Caesars today and picked up dinner for my family and when my daughter and husband were eating the pizza. They noticed that baked in the pizza was some type of paper. It was even in between my husband's tooth. This is absolutely disgusting.

The manager name Ali doesn’t know labor laws in state of Texas. He likes to keep former employees paycheck when the former employee refuses to sign a document for their leave from their job. Worst manager ever. He doesn’t like it when someone knows the law and their rights.The place is so dirty. They have one person in the front that always looks dirty and have bad body smell. I wouldn’t want someone to hand me my food if that person smells. I am surprised that the state heath didn’t notice that one of the employees have very bad hygiene.

The food is always bussin! Can never go wrong with a classic pepperoni and some cheezy bread sticks!! BUT!!! Whatever she/he was working there last night was rude ASH and was on her phone w her headphones in. She got annoyed for us even being there and trying to order in the first place. BUT THE FOOD IS GOOD. and cook is kind. just whatever she/he was working the register last night and last friday night would definitely work on their customer service skills. rude ash for no reason. oh… she/he also forgot to give me my marinara sauce.
I ordered 2 pizzas, wings, and bread sticks on Uber eats from this musty dusty little Cesar’s just for them to send my Uber driver back with literally a packet of crazy bread…My Uber driver who was sent from above went back to the store right as they closed. The workers were trying to LIE saying they didn’t have my order and one was trying to leave with my food. but lo and behold when she looked at the box IT HAD MY NAME ON IT. I only was able to receive half of my order.
This Little Caesar’s sucks!! The service is awful! I order delivery from their own app and I never got my pizza. When I tried to ask for a refund they said they could help me. Absolutely awful service.

Check your order before you leave because 8/10 something will be off or missing. The Italian cheese bread most of the time IS cooked but just barely enough to be considered warm so by the time you get it home it has to be reheated which changes the texture of the pizza. Might ask them to run it through the oven twice next time. But an not too expensive choice when you don't feel like cooking dinner.

Went to a Little Caesars and got two pizzas one extra mostbestest and the other the deep dish, and also got cheese bread. I waited about 15 minutes for the pizza, which is not a problem. But when I asked about the crazy sauce, I was told “you didn’t order crazy sauce“. For the past several times that I have gone to the Little Caesars I was told that crazy sauce comes with the cheese bread and how I ordered it then cheese bread and a crazy sauce but then told crazy sauce comes with it. So just needs to be consistency. And this wasn’t just one occasion that I was given the crazy sauce with the cheese bread it was multiple. And I don’t want to be that person that complains over a dollar but after looking at my receipt I had a random dollar charge on there. so what was the random dollar charge? The charge was a dollar for pizza flavors on side. I didn’t have any extra toppings, nothing on side, nothing special. Just the two pizzas and a cheese bread so I’m confused on why there was a dollar charge extra.It was too busy to go back in so I was not able to talk to the store about it.
