Second day in a row I go and they cannot supply demand.03/21 went and ordered pizza, bread sticks and a Pepsi. NO 3 LITER PEPSI!! Mind you this is at about 3 o'clock!Went today,ordered pizza,cheese bread,and pizza puffs. NO PIZZA PUFFS! This is about same time. Was told dough not ready! Is this failure due to mngnt.not ordering supply or being ready to sell advertised menu items or a corporate failure. To think there's two pizza places on the same block you would think they would be more ready to compete!

I stopped at this location only because it has a drive thru… big mistake. I waited on drive thru waiting to order for 15 minutes I couldn’t drive off because I was stuck in between 2 vehicles. After I ordered I was told I had a 15 minute wait which turned out to be 30 minutes. There was customers ordering after I did and drove of with their orders right away. I didn’t want to be a Karen but I had to… I had groceries in my truck. I walked in the store and the cashier saw me standing there and never approached or acknowledged me until I asked him what was going on with my order.. he said it was going to take another few minutes.. I was so upset. Never again. Next time I’d rather go to my usual location on Old Pearsall Rd.

I ordered online for pickup throught the drive-thru. I waited for a while before I went to the location. Before I arrived the email came that my order was ready. I pulled around to the Drive-Thru gave them my order number and they said they couldn't find my order. It was told to me that since they couldn't find my order which said it was ready 5 mins prior to me arriving that they would be making it. I ordered a basic pizza. And had to wait another 20 mins.

This place is always out of what I need, and I mean always. I even ordered ahead online and I still had to wait over 30 min. To get my order. They are not rude but not friendly either. I once walked in and the guy never acknowledged me but just stared until I spoke to him first.

The food was fine. The cashier was not pleasant. He was a young gentleman with glasses. I asked him about one of the products. He shrugged his shoulder and didn't answer my question. I could barely understand what he said when he did speak. I ordered a pizza. He rung me up and walked awaym he didn't tell me they were coming out or anything. He had me standing there like a dummy while he helped the next customer. He could have said it's working and be right out and I would have stepped aside and not mind waiting. He just didn't say anything at all. When I left he just handed me the pizza and didn't say anything. He really seemed liked he didn't want to be there. The pizza itself was fine. It was hot and fresh. The only problem was that kid. He was very unpleasant.

I placed an online order today and let me just say whoever is making the pizzas right now is the best!! Our pizzas were fresh, tasted delicious and our order was actually correct!! I even called the store to let them know because I know they get a lot of complaints but it's good to get a compliment!!
