The lady at encounter yelled at me and discriminated against me. I will never accept any orders from this Little Caesars. I’ve waited 25 minutes for pick up which is my order should’ve ready 20 minutes ago and store wasn’t even busy. I just asked for my order and she yelled at me. She wasn’t wearing name tag so for describe her, she was a black lady with curly hair.

Note to the area supervisor, the employee that was working on Sunday March 3rd 2024 in the drive-through. A very inappropriate, unprofessional, and apparently confused, little girl needs your help. She does not have a clue how to do her job, if she had I would not be leaving this review. Your store would be much more pleasant to visit if this girl knew how to do her job. I was ignored, then when helped we were made to feel like we were bothering her. Rolling her eyes, very very rude. Making us park and wait for over 15 minutes for a hot and ready, which was never brought out to us, I had to walk in to get it and experience more rude behavior from your staff. You should be ashamed for having people like that on your payroll. She does not deserve to work anywhere with that attitude toward paying customers.

I ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni with EASY sauce and extra cheese . We got home and our pizza is sauced to the max ! We can’t have all that sauce bc it causes acid reflux on my husband ! Not happy with our order tonight at all !!!

Go to the Little Caesars on Lookout. It's not much farther, and the service is better. I ordered, the cashier repeated it back to me, and then I only got one of two items. When an employee brought it out, he told me I could go inside to purchase the second item, but I figured it wasn't worth the effort. When I got to my destination, we found that the pizza was uncut.
