Found small gray mold nodules actually baked into the crust. Now that I know what that off taste specifically was from I can unfortunately say it wasn't the first time, either. Don't care about refunds, certainly don't want a replacement. Not going back.

They DID NOT deliver the soda we paid for. And they WOULD NOT deliver it after I called to let them know that they forgot it. Twice this has happened. There is a complete lack of customer service and they stole my money by refusing to deliver the item that I paid for. Do not trust these people.

now i understand why this location has horrible reviews, this store advertises hot and ready never has hot and ready pizzas, bunch of kids that work there with attitudes, think we might just drive to the new location on Perrin bietel hopefully management sees this

I ordered an EMB pepperoni and a Stuffed Crust EMB pepperoni. My Stuffed crust pizza dough was still raw. I called and spoke with Joseph the manager. I was told to bring the pizza back and it would be replaced. It is upsetting you sit and wait so long for it to be made but no one checked to see if it was cooked. There was no one else in line. Waste of gas, money and time. Would have been better if I bought a frozen stuffed crust from HEB. This was not faster . It was a disappointment to my family. Update pizza replaced after another mix up. Waited along time as the wrong pizza was remade. But thanks to Joseph for doing what he could to fix things.
I always suggest ordering on the app 15-20min before and select in-store pickup. The app will tell you it'll be ready in 20-30 min but usually it is before. On the weekends the drive thru can take a minute but it's expected for affordable pizza.

They say it supposed to be hot and ready and we ordered and they gave a person BEHIND us their order first before ours and we only order 2 pizzas and they orders 5 and we just hoped they actually kept track of what they have to do and prioritized their costumers more.

Been to this location twice and both times they missed up my order first time they never gave me my soda that came with the bread combo and then today I get cheese pizzas n not pepperoni that I ordered didn’t notice till I got home called and they wanted me to drive all the way back to tease the pizzas in all this rain never going again

Terrible service. I waited more than 45 minutes for my order just to pick it up. I got to the window and was told my order wasn't there. When they finally found it, they told me it wasn't ready and that I had to wait another 15 minutes. The people at the front desk were super rude and mocking!
