Very disappointing. March 18,2024 at 3:50 .The girl at this location was very unprofessional and loud. The guy at the window was super sweet. I placed my order at 3:18 the app said my order would be ready at 3:40. Went at 3:50 the rude girl said it wasn't ready and would be a few more min. First time trying the new puffs and last at this location. I bought 4 orders and they were thrown in bags! By the time I got home they were stuck to each other or to the bag.
avoid this location at all costs!! 5580 Walzem location is the worst little Caesars location in town. That is saying a lot!Whoever decided to cram a Little Caesars into this location was out of their mind. There is so little room to navigate that I was stuck for 30 minutes after picking up my order. Trying to leave. You can't reverse and you are forced to go through the drive-thru line to exit.Poor service lead to the workers prioritizing the walk-ins over the drive-thru that was spilling over into walzem and obstructing traffic. An absolute hazard that is damn near criminal.

Here now waiting on the cops to give me proof of refund.I ordered online for pick up at 535. I arrived at 545 she said they needed 5 mins for bread. At 605 I asked again and she said they're waiting on pizza I said I ordered online for a party I have to get to at 6 so one you lied saying your waiting on Bread and now it's pizza. I asked for a manager she said she was the manager I asked for name she wouldn't give it. I took her picture so I can know who I need to report when I speak to a manager the next day. She got mad at that I said I asked for your name and you wouldn't give it so I need to show who I spoke to. She then refused to give me a receipt showing she did inface refund me. So now I need to wait ti have the cops come which I hate cause it's wasteful but here we are. I did state I would delete pic ocne I had a rec.... long story short Civil matter gotta take it to corporate...
