The manager on duty this evening had horrible customer service. Wanted to up charge me to a custom pizza from me ordering just a regular extra most bestest because I asked for light sauce and pepperoni on half. I’m asking for less ingredients! That’s crazy. I always order this for my young child and have been to quite a few locations and have never been told it would be more money. So disappointed in this location and the management. Would never come back to this location.

Very good, as always, with a twist? They were not happy with the first one , and made another right away. What? Customer service is almost unheard of these days. Thanks crew!

Ordered Italian cheese bread thru app hoping it would be made fresh but no it’s all dried and burnt obviously been sitting in warmer all day and should have been thrown out.

At 6:39 PM on June 25, 2024 I called Little Caesars to ask a question that I had about their pizza and the lady kept hanging up on me and being rude. She deserves nothing but the worst. she didn’t even hear me out. she needs to learn how to respect her customers Because it’s rude to hang up on customers when they’re trying to ask you a question about your product

Fun fact little Caesars was my first job when I turned 16 and I can say they have improved over the years. I still eat here til this day food is good to me. Go try it!

It surprises me every time I go in and there are workers that already know my order. Which is amazing as I really don't go that often. Amazing service, food always well prepared.

Horrible service from the manager PAULETTE. I ordered a meat lovers pizza with extra cheese and my son had a pepperoni pizza with no cheese. When I told her I wanted extra cheese, she said theres extra cheese on my pizza she measured it herself. I told her I ordered regular pizzas with more cheese than this. When I pick up a piece , no cheese falls off the sides like the picture. She said she can make me another pizza and put the cheese on top of the toppings but it will still be the same amount of cheese. What?? Why would I want the same amount? Never mind can I just get a refund. She tells me no because she’d have to refund the whole order. So I left upset , annoyed and hungry.I went back in to vent . I told her she could have just made me a pizza with more cheese, I don’t think Little Caesars would care if she gave me more cheese it didn’t come out of her pocket, she could have refunded me my order than charged me again for my sons pizza. Not just tell me no . I drive a little further now to a different location on 281 and Evan’s and they’re amazing!! If extra cheese don’t fall off the sides, it’s not extra cheese!
