Just came from there and I ordered 2 pepperoni crispy bits and a pepperoni pizza then get to the window and confirm my order making sure I say pepperoni crispy bits he say they are cleaning so it will be 20min I say okay then I wait 23min to get home and I don't have pepperoni at all I'm so mad

I just want to say the gentleman with curly hair & an orange hat, that has been working the front desk yesterday and today Thursday the 28th of March. Is incredible. I love how polite and well-mannered he is. No matter how busy it seemed to have gotten he still stayed focused and tried to get orders out as fast as he could as well as continue his composer.Being a manager at another food establishment I can recognize a great employee I would love to have him work for my store. You're lucky you have a good employee on your hands he deserves a pat on the back. Next time I will get his name. Thank you for your help and hot bread sticks! I will return...

All jimmie the manager did was swear at situations and people where everyone could hear it. Romeo made sure my order got done even after the order was never started. He was kind and apologetic. Antonio who took my order, even tho the receipt says jimmie, was not feeling well with a non contagious ailment and when i asked why he didnt sit down between customers he said it wasnt allowed. Give antonio a chair. He came in to help your busi ess. And yes i learned all this by observing for 20 minutes...

I went to order at the drive thru, employee name Daniel states for me to park. Waiting for my order for 45 min and no pizzas, I order 2 pizzas and not able to make. Other 20 customers waiting in lobby. Manager said there short staff. I see 12 crew not doing there job seems they didn’t want to work. Worst experience and customer service at Fm 78 location. Had to tell the manager to void my order.

Worst service ever no to mention waited a hour and still no pizza or bread stix. They said they didn't have people but their was obviously 10 people working that just didn't seem to care to even want to work. Smh never again will I ever come this way. Especially when asking for a manager and they don't call them.
Went in person to order 1 crazy bread at 1:45 pm, 30 minutes later at 2:15 pm I still was waiting for 1 order of crazy bread. I had to ask for a refund after 30 minutes of waiting. There were 4 employees working there today and not one could have made that bread. Very disappointing.
