When I lived in Fort Worth, I used to get Little Caesars about once a weeks and it was reasonably priced. It was five dollars pre-pandemic and then six dollars post pandemic not eight dollars. I can go to Costco and get a twice the size pizza for this price. I will not be back. Since Little Caesars is franchise I encourage the owner to lower their prices.

They don't seem to have the right setting for cheese pizza. The kids end up with barely edible food. The other pizzas are fine. The location on stone oak is far better, but delivery defaults to this one, unfortunately.

I’ve been eating Little Caesars for over 30 years and really enjoy their pizza. This location is one of the worst. They have high staff turnover, are usually understaffed, employees often have really bad attitudes. I don’t think they follow the company recipes as the pizza is worse quality compared to other locations. They rarely put online orders in the cage for pickup. You will get a significantly better experience at just about any other location. I wish corporate would step in and get this location up to par with other locations. If you want Little Caesars drive down the road to another location.

I’m extremely disappointed with the abysmal customer service I experienced at Little Caesar’s at this location. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence. The complete lack of attention was shocking—there were so many customers, and we stood there ignored, with staff walking by without so much as a glance in my direction.
Finally, after half an hour, the new manager approached me. Instead of apologizing for the absurd wait, they simply pointed out that I was at the wrong location—apparently, there’s another Little Caesar’s on the same street. While I understand that mistakes happen, it’s the staff’s job to assist customers, not to leave them standing unattended for half an hour. A simple acknowledgment or a quick check could have spared me this frustrating experience.
This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this location. Little Caesar’s should be ashamed of how poorly their customers are treated.

The workers here are lazy and wrong. I walked in today to buy three orders of crazy puffs. The teenager working the front told me "we ran out and don't have any more, sorry!" Disgusting! I went to another location and they made them fresh for me. The owner-operater of this location sure doesn't know how to hire honest and trustworthy staff. I will never come back here! This isn't the first time I had issues at this location this is just the first time I'm posting about it. People will stop patronizing this location if they keep up with the dumbfuckery!
