Went in on a Monday night and I was very disappointed in the customer service and the food I received, the crew in the back seemed like they were having a party back there yelling and shouting profanity, I saw one white older guy with glasses with missing teeth literally drinking on the job beer can and all, and the big Mexican guy with long hair and beard running the cashier has the worst attitude I’ve ever seen in fast food in SA how these people still have a job In fast food is outrageous, Area supervisor really needs to make changes at this store especially the night crew Worst LC I’ve ever been to.

went in tonight on a Monday night to pick up. The guys in the back sounded like they were having a real ruckus Which made it extremely uncomfortable being in the store. One sounded extremely high or drunk, shouting “welcome to Wingstop or whatever say hi to Larry” when I walked in. Trying to brush it off and think OK it’s late they’re just trying to get through their shift- Don’t complain. until I get home and my pizza is burnt and there’s no sauce on it. This place needs new management.

I encountered a frustrating experience at the drive-thru. After waiting for an extended period without a response, I entered the establishment to inquire. An employee, Juan, emerged from the back with his headset around his neck. When I asked about the drive-thru's functionality, he stated he was occupied. Juan did not offer an apology and displayed a dismissive and unprofessional demeanor. I believe Juan's performance is detrimental to the customer experience, and I recommend his removal from his current position. His lack of customer service skills and negative attitude could potentially lead to a loss of business.

This is the worst little Caesars location. If you want better pizza, actual help and service and accountability, drive a little further to the stone oak/huebner location. The 281 location now twice has messed up orders out of the 4 times we’ve ordered from this store, and took NO ACCOUNTABILITY for their mistakes.

We ordered at this location for pickup 4 times. First time was great. Second time was good. 3rd time was ok. This last time was horrible!!!!! Whoever the cook was today he didn't give a damn about his job. I don't think manager cares either. Will try next location

I didn't know pizza toppings could slide this easily off of the crust. I was told , this is how the pizza is. No apology. I also proceeded to show the half burnt crust. Was also told, this is how the pizza is. I was also only given 4 breadsticks. I was told that they are counted every time and should have been 8. No apology.

I usually dont have a bad review on this little Caesars, but i was highly dissapointed this time. We went through the drive through and waited more than 20 minutes. Cars behinds us lost their patience and instead went inside to get their order and they really did get theirs. That wasn't right. Drive through supposed to be served faster for a reason. Not right to be served before ppl in drive through. On top of this, our food was still doughy and employees seemed to be having a bad day. Do better little caesars. Need to hire more employees or something.

Don’t trust the app. The store is very unfriendly, not customer service oriented. Waited another 10 minutes plus for just 2 pizzas. Waited IN THE STORE. Irate employees backed up drive thru and orders. Not even an I’m sorry. I’ll be going somewhere else next time. All the pizzas are getting mixed up and I just keeeeeeep waiting.
Placed a mobile order for drive through pickup. Arrived on time and it takes 10+ minutes just to speak to someone (without other cars at the speaker). Told me my pizza was ready and to come inside for it.. there was one simple request on the order to remove Jalapeños for the fantastic 4 pizza, and of course they were not removed. 45+ minute wait for another “hot and ready” pizza. Just kept the pizza and stopped wasting time. The slowest, most poorly operated little Caesar’s I have seen.

I’m sorry I love little Cesar’s but this location is one of the sadest.. I ordered Italian cheese bread and got a pizza combo pizza in my box that looked like it was out all night with the box open 💀 There is almost always no ergency to bringing out orders. (And before anyone thinks I’m complaining for no reason.. I WORK AT A FAST FOOD PLACE! And this is unacceptable; by our terms especially)

Made an online order 4 cheesy puffs with a cherry Pepsi. Ordered for pick up thru the drive thru. Pull up to the speaker nothing.... I wait for a few minutes then decide to just pull up to the window. Not a soul to be seen! Finally a couple minutes later a fella I really would rather not be handling food opens the window and looks at me not saying a word! So I say online order for me and he slams window comes back and says it is still in the oven. Meanwhile I notice the headset for drive thru is around his neck. Never again the customer service is bad the workers look unkempt I will pass for somewhere else. I don't know how these issues haven't been corrected by management. It's the same complaints by everyone.
