HORRIBLE service the employees suck and don’t know how to do their job. Waited over 30 mins for 2 pizzas while workers are standing in the back on their phone do not go to this location for “ fast n ready “ pizzas

Everything sucked, from the ordering, staff, food, price and experience. Ended up getting charged $50 for 2 pizzas. The low attention to detail staff charged me for 3 pizzas instead of the 2 I ordered. Not to mention I’m questioning the guy at the window why is it so much as he brainlessly continues to run my card. So they then charge me my original $20 order no apology, long wait time, unprofessional staff. So much for “Hot N Ready” sad to see how far my childhood favorite has fallen off with skyrocketed prices. I will not be going back.

It's great food but it takes a while to get it and the drive through system is a little wonky when compared to other locations. Service and food is great over the wait is longer than usual.

From the moment I walked in and sat there, I watched and heard the old cashier lady be rude to every single person that walked in to pick up their orders. And to top it off one of their snowflake decorations fell on my head. Someone need to talk to that old lady!

First off this place is BUSY. If you go there is usually 3 to 4 in the drive through, plus you got 3 to 4 parked up getting their orders or making some. So plan ahead. You think your gonna be hungry at 6? Order at 5. Its Thursday and your tired snd hungry and want some pizza quick? Well 200 other people thought the same thing and guess what? You waiting.

Don't need a full pizza, wings, bread sticks and all that? Just roll up, get some cheese bread and get on. This place is dishing out so much pizza crammed in to what 500 sqft? Orders out the wahzoo. Im sure the workers are over worked and the food is flying out fast then they can make it.

The demand in the area had doubled and they haven't. Sounds like we need a bigger little ceasers with more room and more staff. Mo money, mo problems. ;)

I gave it 5 stars cause we all need help and this place is struggling to keep up. Does a owner want to shell out another 2 to 400k to build another one? Maybe...if he's hungry.

Literally the worst little Cesar’s ever. We ordered through the drive thru and got told to go wait in the back and waited there for 30 minutes. Went inside to see if we could get an estimated time and there were people waiting saying they had been waiting for an hour. The employees also didn’t even address anyone who walked in so everyone was just standing there. Also to the girl who works there yelling “tell them there’s a wait cause I’m tired of hearing the complain” you’re rude as hell and shouldn’t work in the customer service industry

52 MINUTES to finally get my order that I placed through the app. I’m disappointed in the time, but I was slightly pleased with my service. The girl at the front counter was apologetic for my time.
I know this location is always so super busy. I just wish they did more to accommodate the amount of traffic they receive here.

If I could give this location zero stars I would… I went in at 6:08 through drive-through. When I pulled up she said can you put the window so therefore you know the speaker works she took my order and said can you please park behind the building I did I ordered four hot and ready and a order of crazy bread. Tell me why it took over an hour to get my order I had to get out of my car go inside, stare them down and complain and ask to speak to a manager… I tell him just to give me my money back. He says I can only do it on your card, which I was like no you can just give me my cash back. He walks away because I wasn’t gonna walk to my car when I was waiting for my pizzas then I’m still waiting there and employee comes up and I ask him where’s my order and he goes to the back and he says the manager said that they canceled my order but yet never refunded me any money so then I said let me speak to your manager and the young man said he’s just gonna tell you what I told you and I said well I don’t care bring him to the front and he’s like why I told you I needed your card and I said I wasn’t gonna give you my card cause I wasn’t gonna go back outside when I’ve been waiting for over an hour so then finally I was like that’s my order right there so how are you gonna tell me you canceled my order when she literally took it outside… so finally after an hour, I get my order. It’s not even hot. It’s not even cut. It’s super greasy. This is the worst place ever and the manager‘s name. By the way is Josh. He has no customer service. Those employees have no like they don’t even wanna be there. I get it their kids, but that job pays you to be there. Oh, and forget trying to call the store because they never answer their phone

Thi place is just the worse…. The manager John doesn’t know what he’s doing…. Makes customers wait over and hour for pizzas…. I would definitely NOT EVER go to this location EVER Again
So every time we come the drive thru always has a long line and the intercom never works…
Even if you go inside, it takes somebody longer than five minutes to get to the register to take your order and then you’re waiting even longer just for one or two pizzas when you have a pizza called hot and ready…. The parking lot is way too small so if you’re parked and there’s a long line in the drive-through, it makes it really hard for you to exit since there’s only one exit…. I also feel that your employees don’t wanna do their job if that’s the case then they shouldn’t be there and y’all should hire more people cause it just seems like young kids are working there
