Waited 25 minutes AFTER my order was supposed to be ready and when I finally got it it was COLD. This is the second time Iâve been to this location and both times Iâve needed to wait to even be helped. With online orders I shouldnât have to wait when it says itâs ready for pickup.

The wait line was abt 10-15mins however when it was my turn to order it only took abt 3 mins to give me my pizza. The parking is small & narrow.

No wonder their phone doesnât work, the amount of complaints they would get because why put an online order in JUST for your food to be cold after waiting a whole hour smh. Order placed at 6:21, wasnât âreadyâ till about 7:19 but somehow the crust was cold and cheese is burnt. My husband asked them 3x if it was ready being that he had already been waiting at the restaurant for 45min. Our order was brought from the back which tells me it had to have been sitting there for a while being that our food was cold. So disappointing because food isnât cheap anymore. Staff needs to be replaced because the customer service is NOT it.

Mobile app order still waited about 2 hrs. And food seem like it was sitting there. Cold pizza...The workers are rude and no help to the customers. There is a lot of customers waiting and being ignored. Horrible service, never again!!!!!! This place needs new employees. They are trash. !!!

I went through the drive through yesterday it was over and hour and a half wait just to order then they had the audacity to add an 8$ tip to my bill without permission and they forgot some of my order and rude when I got inside to ask for it

YALL NEED TO SHUT DOWN! I ordered a Pepperoni pizza and when I opened the box and to a slice and I saw something moving in the pizza and IT WAS A MAGGOT!! Inside the slice of pizza I was Grossed out when I take a bite đ¤Ž
Not the best pizza I've ever had, but honestly not all that bad especially when you factor in the price. It's not New England style pizza, but it'll do.
