Christian the store manager would not honor my request to replace an order even though I had a receipt with my name on it. Twice disappointed in less than two weeks. Cold and hard items. Disappointed. I drove 24 miles round trip just to get rejected. I was told on the phone to just bring the receipt; still no resolution. I was told I had to being the boxes in when I arrived. Way to go guys! Wasted time and money.
order online and wait 1 hour after scheduled pick up..
all workers in kitchen not using hair nets or caps...
no cash accepted just credit card..shall i keep going???
they have the worst customer service and there pizza was not even cut. I waited for a long time after I pay for my food after the drive thru girl said they would take the pizza out to me if I pulled to the front. I went in and stood with another customer and she said she had been waiting for 30 minutes. they gave her the wrong pizza.
