I went it no one greeted me or even acknowledged I was there I saw a manager hurry out to the restroom then I finally make eye contact wit the guy at the register although he had been there the whole time with about 5 employees talking loud in the background they had no hot n READYs at all he said 10 min wait I said ok I pulled out money and he didn’t even bother to look in his register he just said NO change! Rude, plenty of employees with no work being done obviously!! I can understand if they ran out of hot and ready and they had some coming out the oven but they didn’t even have any to put in the oven!

Went through the drive through at 6:01 and was told it would be 10 mins so park out front and my food would be brought out. I was brought out the wrong order twice. By 6:25 I just went inside and they had my food sitting on the counter. Not even under the heat lamp nor in heated box. Meanwhile as I wait for the line to die down to get my food I’m throughly entertained by management yelling at their delivery driver. Poor guy idk what that was about but why not see the ever growing line in both your lobby and drive through and manage that chaos before holding screaming match in your kitchen for all to hear. I’ll opt drive to a better location next time. Smh

Today I picked up my order.The pizza was covered in too much garlic I explained to the lady named Eva Ivan idk I ordered the stuffed pepperoni pizza there are two options like in the photos that I show The regular one that does not have anything and the Stuffed Crazy Peperoni that has parmesan and garlic butter as it says in the description of the photo I showed her my phone the app etc I explained to her and she started arguing with me and fighting she said that nothing appears to her in the kitchen I told her to show me and she said they had already turn off everything at 10:20pm I told her exchange the pizza for a cheap pizza because my children do not like garlic since it was not little garlic it was a lot the pizza was WET she said it will take 25 minutes and I said ok and then she said NO the oven is already off she said the app its one thing and there is another It's not true because I've never had any problems with my orders . She said she's been working there for 25 years. Now I understand why she's stuck in that job because she's an arguer. She didn't give me a solution, just kept arguing.

I usually go to Pizza Hut and no other pizza place however, I was tired and hungry. I went through the drive-through and found myself speaking to one of the most patient and sweetest young girl whose name is Jasmine! I asked her so many questions and she answered each one without sarcasm or sighing. I was stunned at her politeness, as I don't see much of that thess days. By the way, the pizza was delicious. I noticed that Pizza hut has cut back on product and the sauce and is no longer what it used to be. I will return to this place as long as I get Jasmine!.

My pizza has multiple times smelled rotten and from the reviews I’m reading there seems to be favoritism going on at this store.
Food is ok, the issue I had is if you basically sit in your car to eat for 30-1h you are immediately questioned for what you are doing, witch is pretty obvious (eating) I advise caution if anyone parks here even for 10min will not be returning back for re-purchase of pizza or service.

Employee at the drive thru was acting like someone was forcing him to be there. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Shamelessly rolled his eyes at my mom when she asked for dips and Parmesan cheese after she had paid even though she had her card in hand so she wasn’t expecting it to be free. Usually have very nice interactions with a usual employee but this time it was a complete 180. Please put willing employees at the window
