This lady at the front desk, was rude to two young male customers who came in, at night. Instead of addressing a problem with calm she called their attention harshly. She had a slight attitude problem even when nothing was apparently wrong. She makes the environment less approachable and comfortable.

Went to pick up an order I had placed, only for the staff to tell me, my card was declined. Noted from my bank they actually had taken out the $$$ and charged me way over the amount, when I approached the supposedly manager, she says she could not do anything about it. And apparently did not know how. WHAT TYPE OF MANAGER ARE YOU? Left with nothing, since they say my card was declined. Spoke with my bank and they confirmed they did take my $$$$. So in the process of disputing. Spoke with the area manager Patty and she says she was going to get back with me, never did. Business run by illiterate people. Be careful when you pay with a card.

Me and my daughter have been calling this location and know one answers the phone as I am sitting here waiting on my pizzas that I tried to order ahead of time the phone just keeps ringing and no one answers it and there’s an employee sitting next to the phone and no answers the damn phone

Customer service is not very good. The times I have come to the store they are in a bad mood and that is not good for the restaurant. They need to be more friendly and with a smile even if they do not feel like laughing but they need to do it for the customer.

Very bad place, a very unpleasant lady never returned today, Sunday, October 27 at 11:40 in the morning, she treated me super badly just for speaking to her in Spanish. I don't know how those who have to do with this place don't take drastic measures with this type of such unpleasant and dissatisfied workers

Been ordering from them constantly every week..absolute disaster today..extremely disappointed with little ceasers for not addressing my complaint.was told to contact corporate and we all know that's nearly impossible..manager refused to give me "1st name " and totally disregarded my complaint..10.11.24 6pm..very disappointed. Never going back
