Horrible customer service! Had an order delivered and 4 of my five items did not get delivered. I call and am given a number to call where they tell me I can’t have my order remade or redelivered so they offer a refund that I won’t see in my account for 2-3 business days. I called the store back to see if my items were left behind there by the driver and said I’ll go pick them up myself, but I was told no, I can’t do that because the items have been sold and if I did want to go I’d still have to pay for the order all over again. This is absolutely horrible customer service. What happened to making things right for the customer. This was dinner for my whole family and now I have to figure what else to do.

Who wanted to check my order to make sure I wasn't stealing a 2 liter of soda .If they are haveing this issue with customer why not have soda behind the counter. Rather then harass the customers.
