Ordered delivery. The Dasher left one of my pizzas at the store. I immediately called Door Dash and they took away the driver's tip. I then tried to call the store over and over to tell them that I was on my way but the phone was busy. My order was delivered at 6:24 pm. I arrived at the Little Ceasars at 6:32 to recover the pizza that I have already paid for. The manager told the employee to tell me that they threw it away and I had to pay for it. So, I asked to speak to the manager directly. She avoided eye contact and assured me that she would not make my pizza. I frequenthis establishment often because my teenagers live on Little Ceasars. The staff here has always been so sweet. I am beside myself that I just had 2 detrimental experiences in a matter or 10 minutes.

We arrived 50 minutes before closing and they already had the doors locked. We went through the drive thru and they told us they only had stuff crust at the moment. We got two stuff crust pizzas just to be told we needed to pull up to the front and they would bring our pizzas out. We have now sat for 20 minutes waiting for them to bring them out. Horrible service.
And we can see them all standing around on their phones.
Needs new management because this one ain’t it.

Always look forward to a hot and ready pizza. The cheesy bread has quickly become a family fave….even for my picky little eaters ☺️

The customer service is horrible. We live close to this Little Caesar’s on Tally and Culebra. On 2 separate occasions, we have called and ordered and told 10-15 min. When we have shown up the order was never put in or only half the order was put in even though they repeated the order to confirm prior to hanging up. When we got to the store to pick up the order, the order wasn’t put in the system correctly and again told to wait another 10-15 min. When we went in to question why the mix up some girl came out after asking for a manager stating that we were being hostile and became very aggressive in her tone even began to get very start mouth. Customer service has never been the worst. If you’re going to get pizza from here be weary of the customer service and the lack of enthusiasm in their job. Being a business owner myself, I would be ashamed of the staff and do a complete overhaul of the hiring process and the current employees.

Placed our order and asked for our crazy bread to be “heart attacked”. Mia looked at me oddly because she had no idea what I meant. When I explained it, she laughed, and away she went to make our crazy bread. She did not disappoint!!! She was so nervous thinking she put too much, it was JUST RIGHT!

Every time I have ordered from this store for delivery the order is missing something. Today was the last straw, I was missing two pizzas and got the wrong drink. I called to have the issue delivered and their wiped their hands clean and forced me to deal with Door Dash, I did not order through door dash I ordered through their app. Why is it up to the customer to handle their mistake? This place is trash, don’t order from there unless you want to get hung up on and not helped.
