Wish I can give zero stars Luis “the manager” has the worst costumer service ordered a pizza told him I beeen waiting 15 mins he says if I want my pizza raw he can give it raw and it’s BURNT, he’s sitting in back gossiping about me with his friends saying she’s she’s saying it’s been 15 mins it’s been 10 and gives me pizza and slaps his hand on the time of the receipt and says 10 mins you waited. I’ve never had such disrespect in front of my kids. Never will I come back again. This happened at 10:21.

This location is horrible, you wait in the drive thru for 30 minutes then when you get to the window they ask you to pull over and wait for your food. Unbelievable, horrible service. I don’t recommend this location and they need new management.

I recently visited little caesar’s , and unfortunately, my experience was far from enjoyable. The service was incredibly slow and inattentive—our server seemed more interested in chatting than ensuring customers were taken care of. It felt chaotic, and the staff didn’t seem to care about maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. “Guy🧑🏽‍🦱 or Girl👩🏽‍🦰 with Gold, and Curly hair”.. Kept intimidating me and scaring my kids!!😡😡 —SUING ASAP😡😡!!!!

I always customize my pizzas to get them fresh but oh my word, the wait time is always always so long! Staff isn't alway the friendliest

the girl in lobby with a lip ring and nose ring was so nice and attentive to me in lobby even though she was dealing with cars on the drive thru, praise to her! My car was even making noises and she told me exactly what it was . God bless her soul

The wait time is always long. 15-20 minutes is expected but 40-45 mins for “ hot n ready” pizzas is ridiculous.

Placed a mobile order at 9:52pm on 11/15. Quoted 10:08pm to 10:13pm walked out at 10:28pm. I only ordered a pepperoni pizza and three meat. Aside from the wait (which want wasn’t the biggest issue), I found this location to be extremely unprofessional. I came in to get my order and due to it not being ready I sat inside patiently waiting and while waiting I got to enjoy listening to staff just cussing, joking around, walking in and out of the facility, and not helping nor listening to their manager. If I counted correctly there were a total of 4 staff members plus the manager; crazy to think I had to wait that long for 2 pizzas and being the only customer inside with maybe 1 to 2 vehicles in the drive through (came after me). The manager had no control of her team, as she was the one working the drive through and restocking the drinks. This isn’t the first time we’ve had to wait at this location, but at least the last time the manager extended his apologies for the wait. Cherry on top of it all getting home to find out I still needed to cut my own pizza as that wasn’t done properly.

Female manger tonight 11/11/24@6pm, was horrible. she doesnt deserve to be a manger and doesnt know how to run a simple store. Either needs to be fired or put in proper training, preferably fired. Doesnt know how to manage anything and doesnt seem to care for customers. It took 25 mins waiting and then to get off my truck to ask for my 2 hotnready. While there was 4-5 hotnready waiting in the warmer oven. As a disabled vet, i already have trouble getting in and out of my truck, and then to get out for this, management was horrible. Even the staff was complaining about her.

Charged me and then told me oh it’s going to be 10mins for a pizza! I picked this place to just get a stupid pizza and leave! If I would have known I was going to have to wait 10mins for a pizza I would have said forget about it! I’m in a rush! I picked a hot and ready for a reason!

I ordered Italian cheese bread and 3 hot and ready and savanna gave me crazy bread with 3 hot and ready i told her that’s not what I ordered and she said well you can keep it I have to cancel order and charge u all over again very rude and said I was going to have to wait 15 more minutes for Italian cheese bread and let’s keep in mind I was allready waiting for 20min for my order she’s very rude I just hope she’s not the manager on duty does not have any type of customer service
