Horrible atmosphere. Dirty place and horrible service. I decided to give this place a try after seeing it featured on a Sat morning food show. Plates featured looked full and yummy. DONT go here. Horrible place. There were 3 women at the counter but were too busy talking to each other and ignoring the customers. We sat down and waited for someone to assist us. No one came to help us after 15 mins, so we went up to the counter to ask. Thr was a lady picking up the dishes, but she didn't bother to help us either. At the counter we were told that we needed to order at the counter 1st then our plates would be served so we waited again. When served, the portions were small compared to the plates shown on the food show. We paid over $35 for 3 people. The food was okay. Bad choice we made. GAVE THEM A CHANCE AS I ALWAYS DO. NEVER AGAIN. NOT GOING BACK. DIRTY PLACE !!!!

1. The chicharrón is not pressed, it is fried. They lied to me.
2. The sauce is neither spicy nor rich. Mega disappointing.
3. The flour tortilla is thick and flavorless. Add salt, butter, msg, something.

The food was great and the older lady with the burgundy hair was amazing! However when I went to pay I was over charged and I asked the lady at the front and she could understand what she had charged me for. Get it together!

The tacos were excellent. The enchiladas are arguably top-notch. The specials are well worth the price. The tea is refreshing, and the staff is very expedient. There are no table orders, but service to and from kitchen after walk-up orders. Seating for about 30 patrons, so be patient, order to go, or eat in your car. It is not called the Little Taco Factory for grins, ya know. ? Ohh and expecting well made Gorditas in under 15 minutes is a crime, so don't be fussy now.

Great mom and pop shop and consistently delicious tacos. Not a lot to say, besides the fact I get these tacos probably twice a week.

Now I have made my rounds here in San Antonio, but this place stands on its own! The carne guisada is in my top 3 of San Antonio! The other tacos here are just as delicious! I highly suggest anyone try this place if they're in the area.
