Denied my daughter a refund after the rice they served was hard, mind you she's a worker in the mall and was on her lunch break... ridiculous... if your going to serve food make sure it is edible and customers enjoy it...

Tried a sample of the teriyaki chicken on the menu, but decided to try the teriyaki beef that was advertised on the TV screen with the premium items.I was informed while paying for the item that the Korean BBQ Ribs shown were not available.. and hadn't been for a while. I had been tempted to change my order to that.It only took about 5 minutes for the food to be ready. All the items on the TV menu are prepared fresh at order. I got to the table and opened the box.Inside was a very small amount of steamed vegetables. Mostly broccoli and celery, a few small pieces of cabbage, and a mini corn cob. All this barely filled one corner of the box.The other main compartment and corner compartment was full of steamed rice. Then on top was the teriyaki beef which had OK flavor, but tasted a lot like the same meat you get on cheap beef and broccoli. The meat was cooked decently, not overcooked, a little chewy, but just didn't compare to the fresh made teriyaki beef plates I've got at several mall food courts in San Antonio. This was my least favorite of the food court teriyaki places I've tried.Overall the price was OK, but portion size a bit small, most of the plate being steamed rice, and lacking flavor.I doubt I will order this item again. I had hoped that ordering one of the premium items the food would be better.

I was so disappointed in this place. The rice was mixed with new and old burned rice from the bottom of the pan it seems and you didn't noticed until you tried it of course. Chicken mushroom tasted old as well. The only good item was the orange chicken. Sorry but don't even bother with this place.

Wouldn’t eat here again. Food is not fresh & it shows. Cooked with old oil. I was afraid we were going to get sick, so I threw it away ??

This was the worst meal I’ve had hands down??the broth was watered down chicken stock and the vegetables were boiled. The chicken looked like school lunch mystery meat and it had no flavour. The “udon” noodles were just lo mien noodles and they had a weird texture as well. This is Panda Express if the panda did heroine in a Los Angeles alleyway. Spare your taste buds the misfortune of eating here.

sad to say but worse version of panda express... very saggy

Seems like a very busy dining spot. There was a very long line so I didn't get much food I grab food from the Chinese spot right next door. But trust me the food looked great. I forgot to get my niece a drink so we got her a watermelon slushy with bobas. It was really tasty.

My daughter and I decided to stop by for some low cost food the meal won out I was shocked how food their shrimp teriyaki was. This dish is freshly made, it is not on the hot serve table. It is worth the wait. I did have the rangoons as well....they were a bit to sweet for my taste. But still decent .

2 out of the 4 of us had gotten orange chicken in our order. The chicken had a strange taste. It tasted like how school milk tastes when it’s spoiled. I couldn’t bring myself to finish the plate. Also, the chicken wasn’t even orange. It was a brown that was not pleasing to the eye. I think we were given spoiled food. Everything else tasted fine though. It was just the orange chicken.
